The bachelor's thesis called Sanitary installations in the accommodation facility aims to acquaint the reader with the proposal of healthcare solution in a holiday accommodation facility. It is an object that has one aboveground and one underground floor. The theoretical part of the thesis describes pumping technology and individual types of pumping equipment. In the calculation part, the sewage and water distribution for the given object are solved. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the technical management of the presented object and points out the solution of the given issue.

The aim of my work is to research the field of pumping technology, specify the requirements for feed pumps for small energy blocks, determine the types of feed pumps and their properties. The next task is to design a connection of a selected feed pump in a system with a piston steam engine with a power of 2 kW.
Support Technologies of Steam Boiler

The thesis deals with the layout design of a steam boiler burning RDF and the design of its supporting technologies with regard to design practice. In the thesis are modelled 1st - 4th stroke, followed by the flue gas cleaning, feed tank with pumps, flue gas recirculation routes and air ducts. The boiler is denied by a steel structure with platforms and placed in the boiler room. Based on the designed air, flue gas and feedwater routes, an aerodynamic and hydraulic calculation is performed. Using pressure drop, combustion air fan, flue gas fan and recirculation fan are designed. Based on the hydraulic calculation, the feed pumps are designed.

This thesis deals with the application of smart materials in hydraulic systems. In the first part, the hydraulic systems themselves and smart materials are described. This is followed by specific smart materials, where the principle of function, in which fields they can be found, applications in hydraulic systems and their advantages and disadvantages are described. Finally, the materials are summarised and compared with each other.
