Furthermore, relevant products available in current market are compared and, in the conclusion, the most suitable one according to specific needs of the company is recommended.

Ceiling construction is ceiling Porotherm with pot girders and miako insertion. Dividing constructions are from brick blocks Porotherm. Foundations of the object are from concrete.

Annotation The thesis aims at analyzing the service of Assisting Charles University Students with Special Needs from the point of view of all the parties concerned. It exploers both weaknesses and strenghts of the service by means of analyzing interviews with Charles University members of staff, who represent the service in the Office for Students with Special Needs, with users of the service, and particularly with its "providers" or assistants themselves. Proposals to solve possible problems are included. The thesis is based on the results of a questionaire and an analysis of interviews with 33 assistants and 10 users of the service. Business Intelligence v projektové kanceláři

Navrátil, E. Business Intelligence in project management office. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2019. The topic of this Diploma thesis is Business Intelligence in the context of Project Management Offices. The first part of the thesis is focused on project management, Business Intelligence and data visualization. Moreover, the first part of thesis contains comparison of current BI software on the market. The second part of the thesis deals with practical application of BI. There is an analysis of the researched company, focus is placed on its processes and IT equipment. After requirements are specified and appropriate BI software is chosen, an analysis of BI implementation and running costs is done. For assessing the sit-uation in the company, after implementation of BI software, a series of interviews with different stakeholders throughout the company’s structure is done. Furthermore, situations where implementation of BI led to cost savings are described, mainly fixed costs are positively affected. In conclusion, recommendations and non-financial benefits that change how the researched company works with project management data are presented.

This thesis deals with issue of process management. The main theme of this work is the application of knowledge of process management in terms of project management office at Faculty of Regional Development and International Studies of Mendel University in Brno. The aim of this work is to propose a process model of preparation of project application forms with cost and time attributes. This model was created through a procedural modeling software tool Enterprise Architect version 12.0.1215 (Corporate Edition) by Sparx Systems. Gathering information about the analyzed process was conducted by interview with relevant staff of project management office. The result of the process analysis are designed process model and also suggestions and recommendations, which should have a positive impact on efficiency in the preparation of project application forms.

Governance of Smart Administration

This thesis focuses on strategy of Government of the Czech Republic called Smart Administration and its implementation. Its goals are improving quality and satisfaction of citizens with public services, particularly using information technology. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the system of governance. Whole life cycle of the strategy is being analyzed. The practical part of the thesis starts with assessment of the aimed goals and its success indicators. Then the governance system is being analyzed, how the projects are being chosen for realization and what role official authority offices play in this process. The outcome from the analysis helps to design an organizational structure of project office, like the shared center of services. The strategy is also being evaluated using measurable success indicators. There's one real project examined and its goals are compared to the strategy goals to see the compliance and integrity with the strategy. There is also a survey conducted among the project holders with an aim to get to know, how the real projects are being governed, how successful they are, and to see the opinion of the project holders on the existing governance and possible changes. The thesis provides comprehensive overview of problems of the strategy with an accent to missing project management principles.

Suggestion of change to processes in the selected organization

The thesis is focused on analysis and change suggestions of selected processes in Local Action Group (LAG) Království -- Jestřebí hory, o.p.s. These processes follow projects realized in LAGs' region via specific subsidy program. Organizations' processes are based on established methods which were the base for studying and modelling processes in BPMN notation. In case of significant differences between the theory and real applied methods, there are suggested changes and there are appropriate representation in models. The other part of the thesis includes the suggestion of project office and the new diversification of responsibilities for selected processes among the workers. The asset of the thesis is the comparison of theory and real practical approach that is based on consultation in LAG. Models of processes are the main output that will LAG apply in the process of forming new strategic plan for the next period.
