Winery Marcinčák Novosedly

The bachelor's final project is based on atelier project of the third semester of the bachelor's study program. The object is distinctly different from the original. The task was to design a winery with recreational capacity and social facilities. The plot is located on Stará hora in the regulation plan of the Novosedly village. The surrounding areas of the construction site are vineyards and other agricultural lands. there is a considerable view of the surrounding countryside, including the Pálava protected landscape area. The solved plots are gradually sloping towards the southwest. the investor demands designing of a production wine hall with at least six tanks and storage facilities. furthermore, the assignment to create 10 double accommodation units, a social room for private events and a public representation part. The building compactly combines three functions together to minimize heat loss, but at the same time it uses three different access areas: public, private and industrial. The construction respects the surrounding terrain in its shape and retains rainwater on green roofs or in the storage tank. The material solution of the exterior is based on trapeze sheet ventilated facade of white color and a reflective glass surface. the interior is industrially designed. concrete and ceramic surfaces are aesthetically visible. Technical distributions are run on the surface of structures. Generally It is dominated by concrete, ceramic surfaces and stainless or galvanized steel elements.
Manufacturing of designer made clothes

The bachelor thesis deals with an architektural study of design studio of subject AG034 which was concentrated on production buildings topic. Target of this bachelor thesis is construction and design and functionaliti of production of branded clothing. The land which we want to build on is situated near by the Rokytova street in district of Brno-Židenice. In near surroundings are located for example city barracks industry buildings and warehouses or city cemetery. Location of whole building on the land is solved by placeing it in the centre of the plot because of its big dimensions. Local roads then simply surrounds the building from each side. Task of intended production building is create enough employment opportunities for local residents and finally to raise morale and level of local enviroment. The building is created in good technical solution for handicapped people and their job opportuniti. Concept of the building and whole production is primarily based on functional aspect. The building has got two aboveground storeys and her length is several times bigger then her width and height. The building plot rises between the southern and northern borders somewhere about twelve metres. Proposal and the total concept is based on this fact and manufacturing delivery is directly on the second floor where the production hall is located. On the second floor there is also a technical and storage part. The first floor is conected to the second by one employee staircase and the second which is determinated for public visit of the showroom on the second floor. The clothing showroom is set to the balcony and to the production itself. The first floor is designed as a five-stroke and contains every background for building and staff. For example there are staff changing rooms and offices and dining room with kitchen or buffet but also else technical background.
Technology and Innovation Centre Telč

The task of the assignment was to design and technological innovation center, which would enable small and medium-sized enterprises to introduce advanced technology competitive in the national and international scale. Used should be the transfer of technology from research and university institutes. In the context of Telč with its specific environment here, however, can not accommodate any activity. Therefore should be built in such building structures that allow for flexibility and change users, including variability in surface require for their production activities. The solution subject is new building of production halls. The building site is located in Telc, on sloping ground near the Třebíčská street. This is a one-story buildings that are build to each other in level , thus using gradient terrain. Administrative and office building has two floors and is located at the entrance to the complex. Around the buildings are paved parking areas, pedestrian areas and there are too green areas with trees allowing a short rest in the summer.
Air conditioning in the background of the production hall

Arvin Meritor Factory Brno

This bachelor's thesis discusses a solution of the new-build factory Arvin Meritor in Brno, where the neglected area of the former junkyard (registered as a brownfield number 1904) in Maloměřicí between Borky and Slaměníková streets is used. Determinating the area the transverse substance has been formed perpendicular to the surrounding embankments for minimum usage of the land and the maximum variability of the completion in the future. The basic shape of the building comes from the reciprocal displacement of the production lines and their connection to the glass corridors shaping the main production part. This principle gives an interesting altitude difference, also allowing the possibility of adding further units such as auxiliary factory operations and the input unit. These features are layered in a way to make the solution as flexible and universal as possible. The "input unit" is the dominant feature of the whole building, for that, a glass facade is used to create sufficient lighting for the administration. There is a construction with red facade lamellae mounted in front of the glass facade, which is used for highlighting and shading. Copilit and sandwich panels are used on the longitudinal facade of the production part, while strip windows are pulled through the entire length and create a contact of workers with the environment. Other parts of the building used tin sandwich grey shade panels, while the roof used sawtooth skylights turned to the northeast with 45 degrees angle corresponds to the building. Finally, a suggestion of backbone traffic is also discussed in this thesis in details.
Manufacturing facility in Písek u Jablunkova - realization of rough top structure

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the rough top structure of the manufacturing facility for the company Olzanka s.r.o. This work deals with the walling of the building, realization of the semi-mounted ceiling structure and roof truss with tin roofing. For these processes, technological regulations were drafted, machine assemblies were designed, an item budget was drawn up together with a bill of quantities. In addition, an OHS regulation, a control and test plan for the walling process, a time schedule, traffic relations and site equipment drawings were developed.
Execution of Production and Storage Hall in Mniší

The diploma thesis deals with the realization of a production and storage hall for the engineering industry. Part of the realization of the production hall is the demolition work of the existing agricultural building. The reconstruction of the existing premises of locksmith's workshop and dressing room for employees is also being implemented. For the preparation of this project, the thesis deals with the implementation of the main technological stages, technological plans for demolition work and substructure, transport routes of the main building materials and machines, technical report of the building site, time and financial plan of the construction, security measures especially for demolition works, quality control when drilling a pilot.
Construction of the Lavimont production hall - building technology project

The aim of this diploma thesis is a construction-technological project of the Lavimont production hall in Brno Tuřany. The thesis deals with solution of off-road transport, supply, design of main building machines and mechanisms, ensuring safety and protection of health at work, ecology and environmental protection. The thesis also deals with the optimal construction of site equipment, pumping of resources during construction and solves the total time demands of the construction of this hall. Part of the diploma thesis is also solving the problems related to construction procedures, including the elaboration of a technological regulation and examples of the use of BIM technology in the construction process.
Air conditioning of the administrative part of the production hall

The devices are designed so they meet operational, functional and hygienic requirements for indoor spaces. The goal of those devices is the transport of fresh air into the interior and discharge of the impaired air outside. The theoretical part targets the system of ventilation.

And also a budget item for selected technological processes, an assembly scheme for the prefabricated skeleton and a schemes´composition of the wire-concrete floor.
