The master’s thesis deals with Czech cosmetic company RYOR a. s. In the theoretical part is described the supply logistics and associated processes. The practical part analyses the supply process of the company. The goal of this thesis is proposal of efficient solution of supply process and integration of the information system. This proposal will be introduced to the company and in the case of interest the company can take advantage of it.

Design and Modeling of Business Processes

This thesis focuses on the implementation of process management in the emerging business. Explains what the processes are, compares the functional and process management. It analyzes the main reasons and benefits of implementing process management in the company. Specifies the different areas where it is possible to implement process management, and compares the practicality of this implementation with the theoretical knowledge. The last section describes processes and models created by some of these processes in an company, engaged in retail sales at a distance.

Proposal of Accompanying Service Concept from the Project Point of View

The bachelor's thesis focuses on accompanying services at the Integrated Packaging and Solutions (eHouse) division of ABB s.r.o. The work consists of three main parts. The first part contains theoretical knowledge from the issue of marketing, accompanying services and project management. The following part deals with the analysis of the current state of marketing mix and the definition of key requirements and conditions, based on which the proposal of a new accompanying service is presented in the last part, which would help to increase the competitiveness of ABB products.

The Process Management in Selected Company

The diploma thesis focuses on development of process management and optimization of processes in selected company and department. In the thesis the advantages and disadvantages of process management, monitoring and reporting of processes, reengineering etc. are described. The aim of this thesis is to characterize and evaluate selected processes in company and propose possible improvements. The aim have been met by optimalization of selected process map in energy company using the suggestion of costs and amount of savings. The activities of the process which are done manually were automated by using the new IT system which has it's central database with all data. These data could be used in automatic tool PBI. Therefore, all manual activities are eliminated. Due to that an analysed department found out a lof of cost savings. Thanks to these savings the optimized process was recommended for use.

Process Management in the Selected Agricultural Company

This bachelor´s thesis deals with business management processes in an agricultural company. The thesis proposes changes how to improve the processes in the given agricultural company which is forced to evaluate the quality of its process management due to external and internal threats, competition and introduction of modern technologies. The thesis looks for possible solutions and models the processes using software tools, such as the graphical notation Business Process Model and Notation. To get an overall picture of the company the strategic planning and strategic management technique is used. Furthermore, the processes are prioritised and their performance and efficiency are then analysed. By process mapping the flow of work is described and thus the management is defined, introduction of automation is determined and waste and unproductive activities are eliminated. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to suggest to the managers possible changes for effective management of the company.

Human Resource Management Processes in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis is focused on human resources management in an insurance company ČSOB Pojišťovna. The aim of the work is to analyse the characteristic processes of human resource management in the selected company. Using process management methods to determine the criteria of their performance and on their basis propose possible changes leading to increased process performance and related competitiveness of the organization. It is based on direct conversation with a business group manager and salesmen. It analyses how the company uses its own options in recruitment new employees. The work shows that the company uses very good methods in this sphere. However, the bachelor thesis proposes a better solution to improve the process and increase the number of obtained CVs.

The thesis deals with the Management of processes and KPI in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis contains information about the management processes and key performance indicators, which have been obtained by studying specialized literature. All procedures and analysis are in this section presented. Management processes in the company is important not only for the company itself, but also for the final customer, thanks to which it acquires added value. The practical part of the thesis describes selected company HOKAR SPEDITION s. r. o. Is a company engaged in the transport of goods in the framework of national and international road freight transport. The aim of the work is a description of the processes in the enterprise as a whole, assessment of their levels and any draft changes. Further work assessed the coherence of the processes with KPIS and proposal for their changes.

Specifika řízení zásob u prodejen obuvi

The diploma thesis deals with the specifics of inventory management in the shoe stores. The first part analyses the footwear market in the Czech Republic. Then there is analysis of the selected company. The semi-structured interview with the supervisor is used for analysing existing inventory management processes. Critical points are identified in these processes based on this information as well as specifics for shoe inventory management. The key factors are highlighted as recommendations for successful shoe inventory management for other companies in the industry at the end of the thesis.
