Extension of Stores and Cloakrooms in Frýdek-Místek, Gross Superstructure

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological phase of implementing the upper shell construction of an extension of stores and cloakrooms. The main supporting element is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Roof structure is made from trapezoidal sheet and prestressed concrete slab.
Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis was the elaboration of an apartment building for construction stage. The proposed building, intended for collective housing, has 5 aboveground and one underground, partially basement floor, sunk into the sloping terrain of the plot. The building has 10 residential units and house accessories in the form of wellness facility. The building includes a a covered garage and outdoor parking spaces. On the first floor is the main entrance to the building, which is connected to the stairwell. From the stairwell you enter the individual apartments on 5 floors, wellness and technical facilities in the basement and covered garages. The apartments are designed for family living. The apartments have their own terraces from the 3rd floor. The dominant features of the building are protruding bay windows, that face south. The load-bearing structure consists of an prefabricated reinforced concrete frame, the ceiling structure in connection with prefabrication are made of pressed Spiroll panels. Foundation structures in the form of footing pockets connect prefabricated pockets and monolithic pockets,that are interconnected by sills. The infill masonry consists of thermal insulation blocks made of aerated concrete and acoustic sand-lime blocks. The building is then insulated with aerated concrete insulation. The last receding floor consists of a load-bearing structure made of aerated concrete and ceiling covered with monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Roof structures are designed as flat roofs with subsequent protective layers in the form of vegetation layers or aggregates.
Workshop in Lukov - Execution of superstructure

This Bachelor thesis with the solution of technological stages rough superstructure establishment in Lukov. This work includes accompanying a comprehensive technical report, the situation buildings with wider relationships routes, technical report solutions closer transport links and coordination oversized shipments, bill of quantities for solving technological processes, technological specifications for the erection of prefabricated skeleton and implementation of walling of Ytong system, organization construction for a given technological stage timetable for the installation of prefabricated skeleton, mechanical assemblies for the processes, inspection and test plans for prefabricated frame and brickwork, safety solved the technological stage of processing the selection of the lifting mechanism, the budget for the erection of prefabricated skeleton implementation of masonry work and for the realization of stairs, diagrams of construction details for mounting the skeleton diagrams and storage and transportation of prefabricated elements of the skeleton.
Cultural and educational center

My diploma thesis deals with newly-built cultural and educational centre in the city of Velké Bílovice. The project is conducted at the level of documentation for construction. Building has the Z-shaped construction plan and contains a basement with two common floors. Cultural and educational centre is based on the basement walls of concrete formwork with concrete grout. The basement masonry is followed by concrete prefabricated skeleton with a lining of ceramic fittings of therm type. Horizontal structures are made of prestressed concrete panels Spiroll. The roof is flat with extensive greenery. The main entrance is oriented to the southwest side. Entryway to the lobby is through the hall where is access to all parts of the building. In the lobby there is a reception and main staircase with an elevator. Bar, library, reading room and an office adjoins the hall on the east side. On the west side there are sanitary facilities, dressing room and multipurpose hall. Technical facilities (including room of technology) are placed in the basement. Hall with gallery and sanitary facilities are situated in the central part of the second floor. House offices are functionally separated from the rest of the floor and located on the eastern side. There are also two lecture halls which can be combined into the one single hall on the west side of the building.
Construction-technological stage of the stock hall in Jiříkovice

In this work we deal with technical management, situation of construction, equipment of construction site, item budget, time schedule, technological progress of construction, design of machine system, control test plan and work safety of technological stage.
Storage building with administration and Kozomín store

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a storage facility with administration, which includes sales space in the cadastral area of Kozomín. The building is divided into an administration area with a shop, a drive-thru roofed part and a storage hall. The administration is designed as a two-story, where there is a store showroom together with seating and refreshments for customers, offices and facilities for employees and social facilities. The building is designed as an assembled prefabricated skeleton based on piles, the cladding consists of sandwich panels with mineral insulation. The single-skin flat roof is supported by prefabricated trusses with trapezoidal sheets. The ceilings are made with pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels.
