The surveing of specific elements in the area of Admas
Koukal, Pavel ; Kalvoda, Petr (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
The diploma thesis consists of two fundamental parts. The first part is focused on scanning a section of the Admas area by a terrestrial laser scanner. This section describes the introduction to laser scanning, necessary utilities and software, fieldwork, the process from the registration of a point cloud, through point cloud processing to its connection into the S-JTSK. The second part of the thesis is mostly focused on execution of the digital model of the relief from the acquired data. It also deals with the two methods of creating a cross-sectional drawing of the area - one is based on the digital model of the relief and the other on data obtained by the polar method. The outcome of the thesis is to assess the accuracy of the topographical model, based on the comparison with the polar method.
Terrestrial laser scanning
Endlicherová, Lucie ; Volařík, Tomáš (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on determine the characteristics of accuracy of the terrestrial laser scanner FARO Focus 3D S120. It is validated the recommended distance between the objects (targets and spheres) and the terrestrial scanner. Next it is tested accuracy of the Cartesian coordinates X, Y, Z measured by laser scanning with resolution 1/2. At the end it is investigated the accuracy of the area determination in X coordinate gained by the scanning of a smooth slightly curved surface.
Combination of laser and image data from a mobile mapping system
Stránská, Petra ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Volařík, Tomáš (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes the data integration of data from different 3D technologies, specifically data of close range photogrammetry, aerial photogrammetry using RPAS and terrestrial laser scanning. The thesis deals mainly with fotogrammetric processing in ContextCapture software and data integration in this software. The thesis also describes a construction of a calibration field. The points of the field were used as ground control points and check points during processing. The accuracy of the outputs was evaluated by statistical testing of the coordinate deviations of the control points. The result of the thesis is 3D model of one of the buildings located in the AdMaS research center.
Geodetic Monitoring of Bridge Abutment
Kinc, Martin ; Bureš, Jiří (referee) ; Bárta, Ladislav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the measurement and evaluation of the deformation of the bridge abutment and the adjacent embankment in Ostrava on the road I / 56 Ostrava - prodloužená Místecká. The main part of the work deals with the implementation and processing of one stage of measurement to evaluate the displacements of these buildings using the methods of geometric leveling from the center, polar method, groundbased laser scanning mobile mapping system and multistation MS60. The next part of the work deals with the comparison of individual methods. The achieved results are interpreted in graphs, tables and also shown by color hypsometry.
Documentation of Roštejn using laser scanning
Vitula, Marek ; Kalvoda, Petr (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to scan part of castle Rokštejn using terrestrial laser scanner and from obtained data draw up a 3D model. Model is made with a method using meshing. In this work I also deal with the software, which supports meshing, and evaluating pros and cons of each program. The output of this work is 3D model which will serve to better representation of the current state of the castle and its better documentation.
Digital terrain model in the area of Admas
Kroupa, Ondřej ; Kalvoda, Petr (referee) ; Hanzl, Vlastimil (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to scan part of the complex research center AdMaS using terrestrial laser scanner, from obtained data draw up a 3D terrain model and compare the height accuracy with conventional terrestrial measurement. The thesis is focused to software, which allow processing of point clouds and prepare the 3D model. The output of this work is the 3D terrain model and two transverse profiles for vertical comparison of two measurement methods.
Vytvoření 3D modelu části hradu Skály v katastrálním území Nový Jimramov z dat bezpilotního leteckého prostředku a dat pozemního laserového skenování
Bayerová, Anna
Diploma thesis deals with issues of terrestrial laser scanning and photogrammetry. Via those modern technology it is possible to create a dense concetration of points by laser ray and then to construct a 3D model of the objects of interest in the proper computer programs. The thesis deals with a displaying of the Skály Castle, which is the unique world monument. The castle was formed by the rocks from the three sides. During the Hussite wars the castle had been destroyed. In 2012, the ruins of the Castle had been uncovered thanks to PhDr. Ludvík Belcredi who had been conducting the archeological investigation. For the sake of clarity of the original structure of the castle, an archaeologists built by using stones foundations of the buildings. The mentioned technologies of mapping have been used to display a whole composition of the Skály Castle including the only preserved entrance portal. The digital images were obtained from unmanned aerial. Data for the creation of the entrance portal model were reached using terrestrial laser scanning. Image data and been processed in the PhotoScan software and the data from laser scanning in the FaroSCENE program. The final output is the 3D model of the castle area, the model of the entrance portal and the ortophoto image capturing the Skály Castle floor plan.
