Cílem této bakalářské práce je poskytnout přehled dronů využívaných v oblasti integrovaného záchranného systému a popsat technologie související s těmito drony.

Completion of a city block Urban development study of a city block between the streets Koliště, Cejl a Vlhká
Czapek, Jakub ; Toman, Radek (referee) ; Havliš, Karel (advisor)
There is no large land plots in the center of Brno anymore, the plot is located just behind the former embankment, the trace of which is still legible in the street network, and to the present it establishes a certain barrier - the range of the center and the wider center of Brno. The task was therefore to develop the city and its center to penetrate the area and thaw it while preserving its qualities. Perhaps the question is whether there is a need for the city to grow. I have a simple answer to that. The basic Law of nature says: what does not develop, dies. I have chosen my building program and used architectonic forms to create a city-built urban development. A sort of city palace with all the equipment. As a model I took the city palaces in the center of Brno, which are multifunctional complexes with parking, concert halls, passages, shops, offices, barber shops, services and housing equipped with everything that an urban person needs today.

Furthermore, the thesis delves into the options of psychosocial support offered to police officers within the Police of the Czech Republic, with particular focus on the peer support system provided by peer providers. To gather empirical data, the research conducted semi-structured interviews with ten police officers who serve as peer providers within the Prague Regional Police Directorate. Evaluation of Social Competencies of Hluboká nad Vltavou Police Officers from the Clients' Point of View
JINDRA, Jaromír
The thesis examines the performance of social competences by members of the Police of the Czech Republic and evaluates it from the perspective of clients. The clear focus of the police is working with people who are often in a difficult social situation. In doing so, they encounter perhaps all types of clients affected by complex problems, such as domestic violence, social exclusion, substance abuse, family pathology, dealing with families, individuals, the elderly, the sick, etc. In the Czech environment, however, the social competences of police officers are not researched, evaluated and regulated in any way. In this case, the management and organisation of the police relies only on the personal approach of the worker without wider research and addressing the issue. This thesis attempts to link the quite obvious relationship between police performance and social work, offering a comparison with the organisation and management of this issue in foreign practice. The aim of the thesis was to determine the level of satisfaction with the performance of social competences among the police officers of Hluboká nad Vltavou from the perspective of their clients. To achieve this, three hypotheses were set, examining client satisfaction with social competence and satisfaction with the services provided, then examining this in terms of the client's position in which they deal with the police, and finally in the context of demographic indicators. The results of the research confirmed a clear relationship between the level of satisfaction with social competences and the services provided. On the contrary, it was refuted that satisfaction was significantly influenced by age, educational attainment, gender or the position in which the client interacts with the police. The anticipated contribution to practice is in interpreting how the public actually perceives the social skills of the police. The results can serve as a basis for developing and modifying these skills and for practically linking social work with the performance of the riot police service, especially through insights from foreign literature and supervision.
Subjective evaluation of cooperation between members of the Police of the Czech Republic and social services
LACIKA, Pavel
The cooperation between the Police of the Czech Republic and social services is a very important activity from the point of view of psychosocial impacts on clients and also for the protection of clients´ health and life. The aim of the thesis is to examine the mutual cooperation between the Police of the Czech Republic and the social services. Another focus of the work is to find out how the cooperation is with social services perceived by the members of the Police of the Czech Republic and whether the shares of cooperation with individual social services are distributed evenly. The thesis also deals with finding out whether the evaluation of the cooperation with the social services is related to the age of members of the Police of the Czech Republic and their service classification. Quantitative research strategies as well as a questioning method and a self-questionnaire technique are used to achieve the goal; the questionnaire uses closed questions with the possibility of choosing specific items in the answers and semi-closed questions, which, in addition, allow supplementing the offered answer variants. In total 314 respondents were asked, of which 105 females, 208 males and 1 respondent indicated a different type of gender identity. Because the questionnaire was intended for the police officers within the South Bohemian Region, I have decided to choose a questionnaire survey in electronic form. Bar graphs with absolute and relative frequencies were created for all questionnaire questions. The following statistical methods were used for statistical inference: confidence interval for relative frequency calculated using the Clopper-Pearson method, independence test based on Spearman's correlation coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis test, Cochran's Q test and McNemar's test. Calculations were performed using the TIBCO STATISTICA program, the significance level was 5%. In the discussion, the research results are summarized and compared with the literature that deals with the cooperation between the police forces and social services. In the conclusion of the thesis there is stated what is the possible contribution of this diploma thesis, including a possible solution, for example in the form of improving cooperation between the Police of the Czech Republic and social services.
