Detection of similarity in program codes
Maťašová, Kristýna ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Kašpar, Jakub (advisor)
The Bachelor introduces the concept of plagiarism and possible kinds of plagiarism. It focuses on the problem of detecting the similarity of source codes, especially with graphical interfaces in the MATLAB environment. It also describes already existing detectors. The practical part of thesis is focused on finding appropriate flags for detection of similarity in source codes and introduces the metric of detected flags. It also describes the internal logic of created detector of similarity and discusses the results of its testing.
Application for Detection of Plagiarism
Kačic, Matej ; Přikryl, Zdeněk (referee) ; Lukáš, Roman (advisor)
Main goal of this thesis is to create application, which can detect plagiarism in program code of projects without skeleton. It describes constructions of C/C++ language and their usage for detection of plagiarism. Projetcs are analysed by preprocesor, lexical analyse and phase of making structure of compare. After that they are compared one to each another by statistical test and Body test depends on Longest common subsequence.
Plagiarism detection of text documents
Lízal, Radek ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Smital, Lukáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis introduces the definition of plagiarism, distinguishes the types of plagiaries which often take place in praxis and the ways of determining the suspected texts. The means of detection are essential; therefore a whole chapter is dedicated to those. For the detection purposes, it is vital to pre-process the data to reduce the demand factor of the program. There is a preview of some programs which are already being used for the detection of plagiarism. The following chapter introduces some selected indications which have been implemented in the Matlab environment to create a detector of plagiaries in text documents. The created program is described in chapter eight. The applied indications and the detector response are described in a chapter called Indications testing. The testing proved the quality of these indications. The results together with pros and cons of the particular methods are discussed in the conclusion.
Plagiarism detection in programme codes
Skoupilová, Alena ; Vítek, Martin (referee) ; Kašpar, Jakub (advisor)
The main goal of this thesis is to introduce the meaning of plagiarism and its types and occuration in academic field in form of textual plagiarism and mainly source-code plagiarism. Thesis also introduces principals and types of source-code plagiarism detection and introduces existing detecting tools. A detector for computing source-code similarity based on detection and counting chosen attributes is being realized and described. Reability of the detector is tested within students’ projects database.
Plagiarism Detection
Kobath, Martin ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Honzík, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor‘s thesis concentrates on plagiarism detection in written text, mainly final theses in author’s Alma mater. The current situation of automatic plagiarism detection of text in czech language is evaluated and a theoretic analysis directed on classic detection by finding matches in a text with use of external sources, mainly the internet, is made. Project ends with custom concept of automatic plagiarism detection system and with an experiment made on 100 randomly chosen theses from The Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication.
Plagiarism detection of program codes
Kašpar, Jakub ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Vítek, Martin (advisor)
Main goal of this work is to get acquainted with the plagiarism problem and propose the methods that will lead to detection of plagiarism in program codes. In the first part of this paper different types of plagiarism and some methods of detection are introduced. In the next part the preprocessing and attributes detection is described. Than the new method of detection and adaptive weights usage is proposed. Last part summarizes the results of the detector testing on the student projects database
Application for Detection of Plagiarism
Šalplachta, Pavel ; Techet, Jiří (referee) ; Lukáš, Roman (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis is focused on programming in language C and a method of detecting plagiarism in programs written in this language. The result of thesis is application in language C too, which according similarity source codes decides if it is a plagiarism or not. Application is first of all indicated for control plagiarism in homework in subject Algorithms at Fakulty of information technogy at Brno university of technology.
Systems for checing electronic texts
Zouhar, Petr ; Malý, Jan (referee) ; Pfeifer, Václav (advisor)
The work deals with the possibility of control of electronic texts. Whether it is a source codes or standard text documents. The first chapter is devoted to a brief explanation of the term plagiarism and its characters. Sequentially we describe the methods and metrics used to detect plagiarist. Then we pay attention to detect plagiarism in the free text and source codes. We describe the way of preprocessing of a file and choice of basic units, which represent the document in the comparing. Source codes have a exact syntax. Therefore we attend to the syntax and semantic analysis in the chapter, which describes the check of source codes. The second half of the work is focused on the practical part, particularly on programs intended to control the source codes. The programs are divided to the freely available and the commercial. This is followed by their brief description and if it is a free trial possible we mention the results from this comparing. So we created a corpus of source codes. At the end of the work we focus on design of a program, which compares two source codes on the basis of statistical similarities.
Detection of source code plagiarism
Bláhová, Barbora ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Kašpar, Jakub (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the matters of plagiarism of source codes and to suggest methods, that will be used to create the original plagiarism detector. Theoretical part of the thesis states the definitions and the most common methods of plagiarism, both in general and in source codes. Furthermore it presents already existing types of the detectors and states principals, according to which the detection can be performed. Practical part deals with implementation of detecton and it´s testing.
Sophisticated methods for electronic text checking
Flégl, Jan ; Malý, Jan (referee) ; Pfeifer, Václav (advisor)
The work is about plagiarism of source codes and text documents. We’d like to describe common known methods, learn something about commercial programs and make our own plagiarism detection software. At the beginning of introduction to the theoretical part we will define the plagiarism. We will also learn something about the history of plagiarsm and its situation in the Czech Republic. We will find out something about syntactic analysis, tools we can use to detect plagiarisms and how to discover it. We will see the function of the metrics on easy exercises. We will clear up the function of graphic method with line comparing. We will define advantages and disadvantages of all methods. At the end of the theoretical part we will find out something about commercial programs. In practical part we will make our own program which compares two source codes by using statistical access methods. We will check its function and ability to detect plagiarism by corpus of source codes which we will create.
