The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the availability of the new Main Railway Station in Brno, its transfer to other location, modernization or reconstruction and its connection to the public transport system. It focuses in particular on the public transport in Brno affected by the transfer of the railway station and on regional passenger railway transport in the vicinity of Brno. It describes, evaluates and assesses various variants of the transfer of the new railway station in terms of time savings for passengers traveling through the Main Railway Station and their source or destination of travel is in Brno or in the vicinity of Brno. The most suitable appears variant B - the transfer of the station under Petrov.

The diploma thesis assesses the vulnerability of the area of interest to wind erosion. The area of interest consists of the municipalities of Sudoměřice, Petrov, and Strážnice. The thesis provides an overview of the issue of wind erosion of soil, including its determination and erosion control measures. Determination of soil vulnerability to wind erosion was carried out by modelling in the ArcGIS Pro geoinformation system. The work includes laboratory analyses of soil samples from the area of interest used to determine the vulnerability of soils and their more complex characteristics. The determination of the potential soil loss by wind erosion was carried out through the use of four variants, namely without the protective effect of existing barriers, with the protective effect of existing barriers, and with the protective effect of existing barriers, including proposals for new erosion control measures, which were prepared in both a comprehensive design and a low-cost design. The greatest reduction in soil erosion threat in the area of interest was achieved by the comprehensive implementation of erosion control measures.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the wine villages Strážnice, Petrov and Sudoměřice. It describes of climatic and soil conditions, vineyard trails, way of keeping grapevine and representation of the most cultivated varieties. It includes a description of significant wine growers and wine producers from these municipalities. This thesis describes the history of viticulture and viticulture in our territory and, at the same time, the division of cultivation areas and sub-areas according to current legislation. At the end, basic chemical analysis and sensory evaluation of samples of ten wines from the area of Strážnice were carried out. Within the sensory analysis, aromatic profiles and profiles of the structure and intensity of the wine were formed.
