Financial statements under Czech accounting legislation and IAS/ IFRS

This work consist of two parts. The first section describes the theory, which relates to the financial statements in accordance with Czech law, even according to international accounting standards. In the practical part of work I already deal with the financial statements of the company KOVOSVIT MAS, a. s. First, I focused on the financial statements in accordance with Czech accounting and consequently I have dealt with financial statements in accordance to IAS/IFRS.

Data Assimilation from Balance Statement in the Management of a Firm

This bachelor thesis deals with the characterization and analysis of an audit statement balance sheet. The main aim of this work is to characterize the balance sheet which is used by Czech companies and to describe its data relationship to other audit statement. Furthermore, this work is going to emphasize the posibilities of usage of this audit statement a company. The balance sheet has been described in details in the theoretical part and there are also characterized articular elements of assets and debts. The practical part is focused on ČSAD JIHOTRANS a- s. In this parts are analyse choice articular elements of assets and debts and simultaneously is used methods financial analysis, concretely horizontal analysis and analysis of ratio indicators.

Tax records and accounting from the viewpoint of accounting and taxes

The aim of this dissertation was to compare tax records and accounting from tax and accounting aspects, based on a selected entrepreneurial firm that provides mainly services. This work focused especially on the comparison of differences in tax records and accounts keeping, and the incidence of tax burden of the tax-payer. Advantages and disadvantages of both systems were evaluated in connection to social and health insurance burden.

Capital structure of chosen economic entity

The goal of this thesis is to assess the capital structure of chosen economic entity. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical section describes the basic dividing of asset and liabilities and the basic methods of financial analysis. In the practical part, I apply the methods of financial analysis to size up the capital structure of company. Finally, throughout the work are summarised all the findings from the analysis and assessment of the capital structure of the company.

The aim of this work is the objective findings of financial analysis company Valeo Compressor Europe Ltd. for the three preceding years. Make vertical and horizontal analysis of the balance sheet and income statement in order to assess the activities listed companies in terms of efficiency, comparison of calculated data and identify the reasons for different results. Based on the assessment of the financial results to take measures to improve the position of the company in the future.

Práce hodnotí finanční situaci výrobního podniku Mora Aerospace, a.s. pomocí základních metod finanční analýzy za čtyři účetní období roku 2002-2005. Dále se zaměřuje na odůvodnění výsledné hodnoty výsledku hospodaření, analýzu výkazu zisku a ztráty a analýzu majetku a jeho zdrojů financování. Dělí se na dvě části. teoretická část se zaměřuje na metody finanční analýzy a praktická část tyto metody aplikuje. Celkově práce hodnotí finanční zdraví podniku.

Práce se zabývá finanční analýzou stavební společnosti Metrostav, a.s. Zjišťuje, zda vývoj finančních ukazatelů v letech 2002 až 2005 odpovídá přání společnosti do budoucna efektivně využívat svých zdrojů a zařadit se tak mezi nadprůměrně prosperující středoevropské firmy s trvalým růstem produkce, trřní hodnoty a s úrovní řízení odpovídající standardům EU.

Finanční analýza Pivovaru Svijany a.s.

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody a postupy finanční analýzy. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza vybrané společnosti a zhodnocení zjištěných výsledků. Součástí je i mezipodnikové hodnocení. V závěrečné části je provedeno celkové zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy a vlastní návrhy na zlepšení hospodářské situace společnosti.
