Residential building Lebeda

The bachelor's thesis titled "Lebeda Apartment Building" develops project documentation at the construction execution level of detail. The building is located in the built-up area of the housing estate in the town of Zubří in the Vsetín district. The building is situated on a gently sloping terrain with a gradient from north to south. The plot is rectangular in shape. It is a three-story building with a basement under part of a floorplan. The building contains 8 residential units, communal facilities, and technical support areas in the basement. The residential units vary in size from 1+kk to 4+1. The vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of aerated concrete and sand-lime bricks. The building is insulated with the ETICS system, and part of the facade is designed as a ventilated facade with wooden cladding and a vertical garden. The building is founded on reinforced concrete strip foundations. The basement part will be gradually connected to the non-basement part of the building. The roofing is implemented as a single-layer flat vegetation roof.
Apartment building

The bachelor thesis deals with the design concept of a new three-storey apartment building situated in Kyjov. The building is located in a relatively quiet area of the city, surrounded by greenery and gardening colonies, on flat to slightly sloping terrain. The building is partially basement with vertical structures of lost formwork. In the cellar area there are cellar cubicles, a bicycle room and a carriage room together with a utility room. The rest of the vertical structures on the site are designed as Porotherm brickwork, the horizontal structures are designed as pre-stressed Spiroll panels. The roofing of the apartment building is made by means of a single-skin flat vegetated roof. In total, there are 9 residential units in the building, of which 2 3-bedroom units are for people with limited mobility and orientation. The apartments on the second floor have conceived balconies oriented towards the east and overlooking the gardening colony, also oriented are the terraces on the third floor for apartments 3kk and 4kk. From the west side there is an entrance to the building connected to the adjacent road, which is also connected to the parking lot for the apartment building with 15 parking spaces, of which 2 spaces are for people with disabilities.

The subject of bachelor's thesis is the new construction of an apartment building with near-zero energy consumption and the drafting of documentation for the construction implementation. The apartment building is located in the district of Brno – Nový Lískovec, on Kamínky street. The building is situated on a side street away from the main road. The proposed structure is designed as a standalone, partially basement, with three story building, set into sloping terrain. The basement contains the technical facilities of the apartment building along with storage rooms for individual apartments. On the first floor includes two apartments with their own balconies, as well as communal areas for bicycles and strollers. On the second floor each have two apartments with their own balconies. On the third floor each have two apartments with their own balconies. Next to the building is a parking lot for the apartment owners, behind the building is created a garden for social activities. The apartment building is designed to be barrier-free access thanks to an internal elevator. The structural system of the building is a transverse wall system. The ground floors above are built from ceramic blocks. The perimeter walls of the basement are constructed from concrete blocks with permanent formwork. The horizontal load-bearing structures are semi-prefabricated, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is built on strip foundations and is roofed with a single-layer flat roof.

The task of the bachelor thesis was to solve the project documentation for an apartment building designed in the village of Medlov. The land intended for construction is flat, rectangular in shape with no existing construction. The apartment building consists of two above-ground floors, a partially underground basement and a single-skin flat roof. We can find four residential units here. Two on the ground floor, which include smaller gardens separated by a fence, and two on the first floor, which have spacious loggias. The apartment building is based on perimeter strips. The perimeter walls in the above-ground part are made of ceramic blocks supplemented with stone wool thermal insulation, and the perimeter walls that are in contact with the ground are made of lost formwork and insulation suitable for this environment. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of prestressed ceiling panels, and in the stairwell, they are made of reinforced concrete. The apartment building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The apartment building's doors are designed as aluminum and window openings made of plastic and insulating triple glass.

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new building apartment building, which will meet the requirements and conditions for a building with almost zero consumption energy. This apartment building was designed so that its operation does not disturb or did not restrict the operation of adjacent apartment buildings on neighboring land in the immediate vicinity. The apartment building is designed as four floors, partially with a basement. They are in an apartment building dimensioned storage spaces, technical background of relevant technologies, social premises serving as a place of recreation for BD residents and separate housing units. Total the number of housing units is 12.
High standard detached house

This bachelor thesis is focused on proposition and elaboration of project documentation for construction of building an object of above-standard family house which is located in the cadastral area of municipality Hodslavice on a site number 1490/28. The project is consistent with the ground plan of the municipality. The object is partially basement building with two overground floors and a garage, which has been projected for two cars. The house has been designed as one accomodation unit intended for a four-member family. Construction system has been solved from concrete blocks BTB Prefa in the basement and from ceramic blocks in the overground floors. The project of inner disposition has been solved so that its function suits to all user´s demands.
Apartment building in Zlín

The content of this bachelor thesis is a design of a newly-built apartment house in the town of Zlín. It is an object with four above-grounf floors and a basement. An object is partially basement. There are 16 dwelling units situated in the four floors above the ground and a pram room, a bycicle storage room and a cellar cubicle for each of the 16 apartments. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation strips. Vertical load-bearing constructions are designed from ceramic blocks. Horizontal load-bearing constructions are made from cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The object will be protected by a warm flat roof. This thesis contains the project documentation for the construction work which was made in accordance with the valid legal and technical regulations.

Newly-Built Detached House with Dental Surgeries in Brno-Žebětín

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a design of a new building of a family house with dental surgeries in Brno – Žebětín, as well as elaboration of project documentation for realization of building construction. The building is designed for mixed use - there is stomatological surgeries available to the public in the 1st floor, and on the 2nd floor there is the owner's and his family's apartment. Both sections are separated from each other, including separate entrances to the building. The building will be located on the edge of the northern part of Brno - Žebětín. The location is slightly developed by family houses. The architectonical solution is designed with consideration of the building location and the character of the surrounding housing development. The part for living in the family house is designed for a family with three to four members. The house is detached, it is situated in a flat terrain and is designed as a partially basement. The designed building has two above-ground storeys and a basement, which has a garage for parking two cars and a technical facility of the building. Entrance to the garage is from the side of the building. The main entrances to the building are accessible from the adjacent outer curved staircase, copying the arched shape of the 1st storey facade. The section with dental surgeries on the 1st floor is designed as wheelchair accessible - for handicapped patients with limited mobility. The white solution of the facade of the house alternates with the use of a gray stone facing. The roof of the family house is designed as a single-layer flat roof.

The bachelor thesis describes the design of apartment building with almost zero energy consumption in Lišov. The work includes project documentation for the construction. The apartment building has one underground and four overground floors. In the overground floors is seven residential units with total capacity thirty persons. There is one technical room and seven cellars in the partially basement underground floor. There is elevator in the staircase. In front of a apartment building is designed private parking with fourteen parking place. The building is designed of structural system of ceramic blocks. For insulation is used insulation system ETICS with thickness insulation one hundred twenty milimeters. The ceilings are from prefabricated panels.
