Úlohou bakalárskej práce bolo vyriešiť projektovú dokumentáciu pre bytový dom navrhnutý v obci Medlov. Pozemok určený k výstavbe je rovinatý, obdĺžnikového tvaru bez existujúcej výstavby. Bytový dom pozostáva z dvoch nadzemných podlaží, čiastočne podpivničeného suterénu a jednoplášťovej plochej strechy. Nájdeme tu štyri bytové jednotky. Dve na prízemí ku ktorým patria menšie záhradky oddelené plotom a dve na podlaží, ktoré disponujú priestrannými lodžiami. Bytový dom je založený na obvodových pásoch. Obvodové steny v nadzemnej časti sú vyhotovené z keramických tvárnic doplnených o tepelnú izoláciu z kamennej vlny a obvodové steny, ktoré sú v styku so zeminou sú vyhotovené zo strateného bednenia a izolácie vhodnej do tohto prostredia. Vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú z predpätých stropných panelov a v schodiskovom priestore zo železobetónu. Objekt bytového domu je zastrešený jednoplášťovou plochou strechou. Dvere bytového domu sú navrhnuté ako hliníkové a okenné otvory z plastu a izolačného trojskla. The task of the bachelor thesis was to solve the project documentation for an apartment building designed in the village of Medlov. The land intended for construction is flat, rectangular in shape with no existing construction. The apartment building consists of two above-ground floors, a partially underground basement and a single-skin flat roof. We can find four residential units here. Two on the ground floor, which include smaller gardens separated by a fence, and two on the first floor, which have spacious loggias. The apartment building is based on perimeter strips. The perimeter walls in the above-ground part are made of ceramic blocks supplemented with stone wool thermal insulation, and the perimeter walls that are in contact with the ground are made of lost formwork and insulation suitable for this environment. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of prestressed ceiling panels, and in the stairwell, they are made of reinforced concrete. The apartment building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The apartment building's doors are designed as aluminum and window openings made of plastic and insulating triple glass.
