Sales promotions actions at a customer of an international enterprise

The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is the analysis of the processes and procedures used in the environment of international FMCG enterprises and during preparation, execution and evaluation of sales promotion actions organized at retail buyers of products of an FMCG enterprise in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part includes definitions of key terms from international marketing, which are subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part at first considers sales promotion actions. It sets the basic functioning of a selected enterprise and, by using examples, it explains the procedure of the preparation of such an action, the communication with all the parties involved, such as the retailer or the graphic studio, and the individual phases of the action. Next, it describes a part of regular sales promotions of the enterprise in the form of preparation and utilization of displays for displaying products in the retailers´ stores.
In-store communication

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate advantages and disadvantages in -store communication and identify increase in efficiency, with a detailed focus on tastings in hypermarkets. This thesis is composed of both a theoretical and a practical part. Introductory chapter of theoretical part is a look at field in-store communication. Second part concentrates on below the line communication, where in-store communication falls into. The third part is described from the customer's perspective. Here is in detail deals with the sensorial marketing and neuromarketing, which deals with what influences customer at the point of sale. The practical part explores my own marketing research, which focuses on the tastings at the point of sale and on how the customer perceives them.
Point of sale as one of the crucial factors of purchase

This bachelor thesis has the aim to analyse in store activities of hypermarket Albert while closely focusing on POP materials and shopper atmosphere. Theoretical part explains the term as in-store communication, shopper marketing and sense marketing. Here we can find closely described POP materials used in retail units according to the individual types. In practical part we can find thorough analysis of chosen retail unit according to selected criteria in the practical part. At the end I provide evaulation with proposal for the improvements.
Marketing difficulties of gastronom companies

The aim of this Thesis is to point out the negative and positive aspects of marketing in gastronomy. Especially in marketing communication, pricing and creating of united corporate identity. The work consists of research, including expert's and customer's views. The core research concerns the motivation of culinary schools students to study and work in this field. Practical examples are primarily focused on sales promotion, media relations and processes that should be followed in café industry. The conclusion summarizes the key findings of all research undertaken.
