Lumber mill

The aim of The Bachelor’s thesis is design and assessment of steel structure lumber mill. The building has rectangular shape with dimensions of 24 x 9 m, highest point is 5 m. The main supporting structure consist of three-hinged truss girder in axial distance of 4 m. The individual frames are connected by purlins and girts and spatial rigidity of the structure provides system of longitudinal and sway bracings. The entire building is assessed as a closed hall, a hall with open barndoor on one gable wall and as roof with only longitudinal wall for continuous working.
ZOO BUILDINGS – HERALDIC ZOO

The main idea of project is to design heraldic zoo in the area of old castle park Horní Hrad, which is located few kilometers next to the Karlovy Vary. Heraldry is science of knowledge of family symbols. Concretely it will be zoo, which will be focused on animals, which can be found on the old czech signs. The idea comes from surrounding relations of dramatic terrain and it's affected by context of the historic monument. Castle is the huge dominant of the all views to the surrounding countryside.
Family house

This Bachelor´s thesis solves a project of family house for one generation. Object has two floors and basement. The second floor is realised as an attic. Garage is a part of a house. Supporting parts of construction are made of POROTHERM system. The saddle roof is created with concrete tiles KMB Hodonka. Object is insulated by ETICS system. The building is situated in Letohrad. Surrounding terrain is flat. The project is focused on implementation part of documentation and treatment of particular details.
Detached House with Stable for Horses in Vysočina

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is the project of a family house and a horse stable. The building site is located on the outskirts of the village of Chlumek, in Czech-Moravian Highlands. The family house is designed for a family of four. There is no cellarge in the building, there is one floor and attic. There is a garage for one car located on the ground floor. In the northern part of the grounds there is a stable designed for four horses. The design of the stable respects modern approach and welfare of horses. The layout of the house and of the stable combines modern and traditional aspects in a way that it fits together with the countryside of Czech-Moravian Highlands. The appendix of this project is the seminar paper dealing with the principles of horse stables design.
Thermal comfort of passengers at public transport stops

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the thermal comfort of passengers at public transport stops, in the shelters of public transport, which are an integral part of urban technical equipment. This topic is gaining in importance especially with regard to climate change and related with increasing frequency of extreme weather events. First part of the diploma thesis is the theoretical part, dealing with public transport shelters from various theoretical points of view. The practical part of the diploma theses deals with experimental measurements of selected physical quantities in the interior and exterior of eleven public transport shelters in the city of Brno, during the six months of 2020 (cold and warm periods). The facts found by experimental measurements for individual shelters are compared and evaluated, with the final selection of the optimal model of the technical solution of the shelter.
Hevlín – place in the landscape

The aim of the thesis is to create a landscape that supports water retention and helps the river Dyje to create a branched, meandering watercourse. The design also deals with the permeability of the territory and the design of wooden objects that respond in function and shape to the created landscape.
Single-family house

This bachelor’s word deals with the process of a design documentation of a detached family house in a village called Janová. The building site is situated at the end of the family houses zone on the outskirts of the village. The house itself is located on the pot No. 905/105. It has two floors and no cellarage. The grounplan is going to be 21,7 metres in length and 7,4 metres in width. The basement is formed by the permanent formwork. The vertical framework beams are built of Porotherm Profi 24 and Porotherm Profi 30 systems, while the horizontal framework beams are built of Porotherm BN and make the ceiling. Wooden beams are used for the shelter. The roofs are flat covered by coating roofing.
Roof Structure of Bus Station in Letohrad

This bachelor's thesis scrutinizes a proposal and considerations of steel bus shelter located at the Letohrad’s main bus station. The dimensions of the plan drawing are 6,4 m by 66 m while the height is approximately 4,5 m. The structure is to roof an island platform. The load-carying structure consists of a main frame of a Y shape. Roofing is supported by purlin roof. Structure’s spatial rigidity is addressed by implementing longitudinal and sway bracing. Detailed structural design is included in the thesis as well as engineering report and design drawings.
Multifunctional building in Znojmo

The subject of the master thesis is a design and static analysis of the load-bearing multi-storey steel structure with the timber entrance shelter of the multifunctional building in Znojmo city. There is a shopping centre situated on the ground floor, other floors are mostly used as offices. The ground plan of the steel structure has a shape of a regular 20-tagon with circumscribed circle diameter 30 m. The height is 35,5 m. The building has 6 storeys at all. The racking resistance is ensured by combination of frame-shear truss and rigid frame. In the front part of the building there is an airy cut-out space situated and it is running from the ground floor until the roof structure. The glue laminated timber shelter by the entrance of the building reaches a height of the first floor and its length is 10 m.
Military museum Kraliky - planning of implementation and management of construction

This thesis is aimed at the Military Museum in Kraliky. This construction made on the basis of the initial design of the designer. For this reason, it was necessary to deal with during the processing work some technical problems, transport of materials to the construction site or purely site layout itself. The whole area of the museum consists of several buildings. The largest and main building of the exposition hall with steel supporting structures, then there is the Administration building, which in turn is a brick workshop that has as Exp hall steel structure. There is also a replica of the First Republic Military cottage, which has a wooden frame and demonstration area, where there will be live demonstrations of military equipment.
