Wireless charger based on the NFC Forum WLC 2.0 standard
Rada, Vojtěch ; Junasová, Veronika (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on wireless charging technology according to the Wireless Charing 2.0 standard by the NFC Forum and the design of an ASIC circuit of a device functioning as a listener, where the primary emphasis is placed on the digital design of this circuit. In the beginning the work deals with a general theory, gradually discussing all the standards from the NFC Forum that are necessary for the control protocol design according to the Wireless Charging 2.0. Subsequently, the analysis of a real communication in the development kit for this standard is conducted, based on which the system design of the digital circuit is made. The designed circuit is described by VHDL language and verified by running the basic simulations to check the functionality of the designed parts of the circuit. In the final part of the thesis, a prototype module with the proposed system is fabricated, implemented in an FPGA with a connected battery charger circuit and its functionality is tested in practice.
Cryptographic protocols for privacy protection
Hanzlíček, Martin ; Dzurenda, Petr (referee) ; Hajný, Jan (advisor)
This work focuses on cryptographic protocol with privacy protection. The work solves the question of the elliptic curves and use in cryptography in conjunction with authentication protocols. The outputs of the work are two applications. The first application serves as a user and will replace the ID card. The second application is authentication and serves as a user authentication terminal. Both applications are designed for the Android operating system. Applications are used to select user attributes, confirm registration, user verification and show the result of verification.
Authentication in the IoT
Drápela, Roman ; Malina, Lukáš (referee) ; Dzurenda, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis focuses on authentication in the IoT. Some of the authentication protocols from the area of IoT are introduced at the beginning of the thesis. Next part of the thesis describes the NFC and BLE technologies, which can be applied in the IoT. Multi-device protocol is implemented using different devices (PC, mobile phone, SmartWatch). This protocol enables autentication based on the processes above the elliptic curves. Two sets of measurements (simulated and practical) are provided. In the final part of the thesis all the results are assessed.
Electronic geocaching
Pavel, Lukáš ; Babnič, Patrik (referee) ; Burda, Karel (advisor)
The goal is to design and implement a concept of electronic geocaching with contactless smart card and cell phone with NFC interface. In the first chapter I describe geocaching and try to familiarize the reader with this game. The second chapter deals with the issue of smart cards, I describe here the contact and contactless cards and their security. In the third chapter, I describe use and security of radio communication interface NFC. In the fourth chapter, I describe the principles of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography and selected cryptographic techniques. In the fifth chapter is description of proposed solution for electronic geocaching with digital signature. The last chapter describes all created applications.
Access control system for carsharing application
Texl, Filip ; Ilgner, Petr (referee) ; Dzurenda, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is devoted to access systems with an emphasis on carsharing applications, both from a theoretical point of view, where it analyzes their advantages and disadvantages and uses cryptographic primitives, and also from a practical point of view, where the practical part includes the design of an access system and its subsequent implementation. Bluetooth Low Energy technology and Near field communication are also used in the bachelor thesis, which is again described from a theoretical point of view, especially the key concepts of these technologies, as well as its practical use for access systems.

Secure Communication for Smartphones
Bocko, Dávid ; Kajan, Michal (referee) ; Korček, Pavol (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with application design and implementation of secured communication between smartphones. Analyses issues of cross-platform portability between operating systems, its differences and common features. It shows an overview of Android OS architecture and its individual layers. Thesis describes basic principles of secured communication in the modern cryptography and implementation of application for mobile platforms. Also shows an overview of modern mobile technologies such as NFC (Near Field Communication) and Bluetooth. This thesis reveals basic architecture and the way how it fits into concept of secured communication. It also describes the architecture of application and concept of secured communication, which is then implemented. In conclusion is summarization of achieved results and possible extensions of implemented application.

Wireless communication technology NFC
MÁROVÁ, Kateřina
Aim of this bachelor thesis is to handle the issue of new wireless communication technology NFC (Near Field Communication) including a comparison of advantages and disadvantages of NFC with other wireless technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.). NFC is a technology for wireless communications between different electronic devices, one of which is typically a mobile phone. Near Field Communication allows wireless communication at very short distance by approaching or enclosing two devices and can be assumed that it will by used instead of credit cards, keys, IDs, etc. It will also support NFC technology researched by different mobile operating systems. Also creating a list of specific devices that support NFC technology. In this thesis a survey of the current expansion of this technology among professionals and laypeople in the Czech Republic will be carried out.
