Ceramik inventory from eastern and southern tract of Vízmburk

Vízmburk castle was from 13th to 15th century an important center in the upper reaches of the river Úpa and his research in the years 1972 - 1983, led by Antonín Hejna gained valuable findings fund. This fund has not been evaluated yet, only in part. These bachelor thesis will deal with the ceramic finds from eastern and southern wings of the castle Vízmburk. Its core becomes finding a catalog that critically build on the evaluation of ceramics Vízmburk. System of description distinguishes the basic technological and morphological categories and creates the basis for discussion of the castle supply ceramic and its utility equipment and board vessels. This issue will be included in the concept of medieval pottery in north-eastern Bohemia, especially in Trutnov and Náchod districts. History of "Bedřich Reich" textile factory in Česká Skalice

This thesis describes a history of Bedřich Reich's mechanical weaving - which was established on the turn of 19th and 20th century in Česká Skalice, a textile region in East Bohemia, by his father Karel Reich. From the historical sources of East Bohemia's archive are in the work mentioned technical proposals related to the factory construction, financial statistics and documents relating to the production of textile. In a separate section is presented the story of a Jewish family of Bedřich Reich, describing an idyllic life between two wars, however, at the time of the protectorate tragically touched by factory aryanization and transport to Terezín and Auschwitz. The main period occurs after the war, when the daughter of Bedřich Reich, Eva, returned as the only one home to Česká Skalice. In years 1945-1989, the factory became part of the national corporation Lina Jaroměř and later Mileta Hořice. The final part covers the beginning of the 90s, when the factory was returned in restitution to the descendants of Mrs. Reichová - Zelená.

Influence of cycle tourism on tourism development in region Náchodsko

The work is aimed at estimation of meaning cycle tourism for tourism development in region Náchodsko and analyse current situation of cycle tourism in the region. Firstly we determine in the work cycle tourism and the region Náchodsko. In next section we analyse region from a sight of cycle tourism and possibilities for other tourism activities. In last section we evaluate questionary survey and mention some proposals for improvement. In conclusion we summarize preferences of the region and importance cycle tourism for the region.
Regional Literature as a Source of Cultural Identity; Regions Domažlicko and Náchodsko

Regional literature is an integral part of literary productions and one of the most signifiant elements of intangible culture. The diploma thesis "Regional Literature as a Source of Cultural Identity; Regions Domažlicko and Náchodsko" is trying to realize meaning and a function of this specific type of literature, whose main principle is a close relation to a particular territory. The main aim is to map the appearence of regional literature within a specific region. For these purposes are choosen regions Domažlicko and Náchodsko, in which regional literature has a long and strong tradition. At the same time is puting emphasis on the activity of libraries and regional publishers as subjects which have significantly contributed to the spread and preservation of regional literature. At the end the obtained results are summarized and on the basis these results is possible to draw general conclusions about the present position and functions of regional literature.
