Multifunctional machining centers for machining rotating and prismatic parts
Merenus, Ondřej ; ing.Petr Polišenský, TOSHULIN,a.s. (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis will focus on a design of multifunctional machining center. The work is created in cooperation with two colleagues. Michal Kunorza will design a rotary table and Tomáš Grëtz will design a machine spindle with automatic tool exchange. My part of the work will focus on design of linear tool axis. The result of this cooperation should be machining center for rotary and non-rotary workpieces.
Design of multi-functional machining centre
Chaloupka, Petr ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The first part of the thesis deals with risk management, legislation and safety, the machine must meet in order to be placed on the market. This part contains an analysis of the guards, because the guards an integral part of safe machine. The second part of the thesis assesses the safety of multifunction machining center CNC EcoSmart 1-line. Based on the identified risks have been designed and built the inner and outer guards.
Multifunctional machining centers for machining rotating and prismatic parts
Hlobil, Jaroslav ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
The content of this master’s thesis is the choice of a suitable concept for the multifunctional machining center for rotary and non-rotating workpieces and design and processing of one structural node of this machine. The structure of the work is divided into three parts. In the first part, the market analysis is carried out from which it follows to the second part and it is the choice of a suitable machine concept. The third part deals with its own design of the constructional structure of this machining center.
Prediction of working accuracy of milling machining center with vertical spindle axis
Bařinka, Martin ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Marek, Jiří (advisor)
This work contains a proposal for the methodology of production accuracy prediction for milling machining centers with a vertical spindle axis. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of working, geometric and production accuracy, production uncertainty, system approach and describes the current situation of science and technology in the field. The practical part contains the proposal of the methodology of production accuracy prediction for machining centers with a vertical spindle axis, including verification of this prediction for selected machines.
Design of linear axis for heavy machine tool
Dostál, Martin ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Hermanský, Dominik (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerned with providing a construction proposal of a linear axis X for multifunctional machining center. Moreover, this work presents characterisations of machining centers, overview of manufacturers, list of main construction components used in the linear axis, their evaluation, assessment of various options for construction, which are then explained further. These detailed construction methods include calculations with the subsequent choice of feed system component. Ultimately, final evaluation of chosen option is provided as well. Another section of this thesis is also an economical assessment and 3D model alongside with mechanical drawing.
