The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the village Rokytnice nad Jizernou. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive touristic and skiing area of mountain range Krkonoše. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor there is a restaurant with a terrace, kitchen and administrative facilities of hotel. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and room for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, technical facilities and garage compound. Construction of building is made of the reinforced concrete monolithic transverse frames with beam filling of ceramic block.
The structure of mountain hotel in Beskydy

The diploma thesis presents design and assessment of a loadbearing timber structure of mountain hotel in the Trojmezi u Hrčavy area. The object is a two-storey building without cellar and with attic rooms. The object has a floor plan of an incomplete octagon with a roofless central courtyard. The structure spans 36 meters at its widest dimension and the maximum height reaches almost 12 meters. The individual segments are covered by mono-pitched roof with 27° slope. The main loadbearing elements are constructed of glued laminated timber and solid timber with steel joints and gypsum fibreboard cladding. The loadbearing structure is designed and assessed in accordance with relevant standards, taking ultimate and serviceability limit state into consideration. The thesis includes an engineering report including bill of quantities, structural design report and drawings of loadbearing structure, anchorage and selected details.

In this proposed technical documentation for a detached mountain hotel Corleone. This hotel includes wellness, restaurant and 2 breefing rooms. The hotel is designed for a 24 guests. The proposed new building is located in the village Velke Karlovice, near Vsetin. The bulit up area is 496,70 m. The hotel Corleone has three above – grand floors and one underground floor. The object based on basic pass from plain concrete. The perimeter masonry (brickwork) in the first S is made from lost formwork and reinforced concrete. Otherwise the entire hotel is worn from building system called Porotherm. The roof is solved as a sloping hipped with inhabited attic. The diploma thesis includes study and preparatory work, situational drawings, architectural-building solutions, fire safety solutions and building physics. Part of the study and preparatory work is also a visualization of the hotel, which is called Corleone.

The subject of my thesis is project of mountain hotel. The building is designed as a detached house. The estate is situated in central part of the town Dolní Morava. The building has three above-ground floor and one underground floor. The roofing is solved by the flat roof.

The topic of dissertation is project of two- storey mountain hotel in Horní Bečva. Mountain hotel will be used for accommodation and STRAVOVÁNÍ. In basement are four hotel rooms connected by corridor with access to clubroom, fitness room, lounge, sauna and staircase, which is connecting basement and ground floor. In the basement are also rooms for employees, which are office, laundry storage room and cleaning room. In ground floor are rooms for guests, as restaurant, bar, conference room, WC and bicycle and ski room. There are also rooms for employees with separate entrance, which are dressing rooms for men and women, kitchen with storage space. In first floor are hotel rooms, laundry storage room and cleaning room. Mountain hotel has rectangular plan. It has saddle grinder roof.
Load-bearing structure of mountain hotel

Master’s thesis is based on analysis and design of a load bearing structure of an mountains hotel. Mountain hotel schould be realized in the village Vernirovice in Šumperk district. The proposed structure is formed 4th floors. In 1.NP is a restaurant, a sports and wellness center. In 2.NP in the right side is situated the swimming pool. In 2 to 4 floor are located rooms. This structure is supported with a strip footing made of reinforced concrete. The main load-bearing elements in the vertical direction are in 1.NP reinforced concrete walls and columns, the upper floors bearing masonry walls of ceramic blocks THERM. The inner support walls are 300 mm thick, outside support walls are 400 mm thick. Floors are constructed of carrying plates with girders above the larger openings. These plates and girders are made of reinforced concrete. In the 2 floor are beams with the span of 8,8 m. These girders are designed of prestressed concrete cause the large loads. Individual levels are connected with monolithic concrete staircases. Around the middle of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete elevator shaft. The highest elevation above grade level is 16 m. The thesis also deals with relevant drawing documentations for chosen parts of construction.The building is located in the ski area VI and IV wind areas.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a mountain hotel in the Malenovice village. The object is placed on a sloping plot located in an attractive area of Moravian-Silesian Beskydy. The mountain hotel has 4 floors and a basement. In the First floor There is a restaurant with a terrace, space for staff and also the accommodation part. In the second and third floor we can find guest rooms and rooms for the hotel staff. In the basement there is wellness, a gym and a conference room. Here se can also find space for staff service. The constructional systém is made of ceramic bricks filled with mineral isolation.

The thesis focuses on a project of a mountain hotel. Hotel is located in the area Jeseník, altitude of 550 m. It is detached hotel with a rectangular ground plan with one underground floor and four above ground floors. In the basement is the engine room ventilation, bikes room and in the second part of the underground is wellness center. On the first floor is a restaurant. In the other floors are hotel rooms for 1 to 3 person. On the fourth floor are two apartments. The hotel is based on the monolithic footings.In the basement the vertical supporting are from concrete. Other vertical supporting are built from bricks Porotherm 30, which is insulated and ventilated facade with laggin 150 mm. Supporting horizontal structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a double skin roof structure made of wooden trusses.
Wooden Based Hotel in Mountains

The subject of my thesis is the design of new mountain hotel based on wood, which is located at the top of Little Maple, cadastral area Trinec-Tyra, the city of Trinec, Frydek-Mistek level documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement, with three floors. The supporting system consists of three structural systems. The structural system consists of basement formwork, the first floor is made of ceramic blocks heluz, second and third floor is designed as a timber frame panel. Roof structure is made up of lattice wood trusses and gabled aisle. Proposal mountain hotel respects the territorial plan of Trinec. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the layout, including ensuring the design to the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in the use of the building.

The topic of this diploma thesis is design of new Mountain hotel in the cadastral area of city Michlova Huť, part of city Vimperk. The hotel is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete wall structures based strip foundations. The ground plan is designed as a rectangular object, to which is attached a smaller rectangle providing the main entrance to the building. Load-bearing structure of pitched roof is designed by a reinforced concrete structure. The roof is solved as a double-layer with air gap for ventilation. The total capacity of hotel are approximately 70 guest and 15 workers.
