On its way to membership? EU-Moldova relations after the Association Agreement

The European Union is one of the most significant international actors whose institutional character and specific conduct of foreign policy make it an interesting object of study. It creates robust policies and programmes to frame relations with both the Member States, as well as with neighbouring countries. The European Neighbourhood Policy, and the Eastern Partnership specifically, is one such example. Even though the ENP was formally designed as a policy of non - membership, the communication of the EU's stance tends to refrain from framing it that way. Consequently, this creates a situation in which the neighbouring state continues to aspire to become a member of the EU, despite lack of reform progress, in hope of a "membership delay". The thesis addresses this discrepancy on the example of the relationship between the EU and the Republic of Moldova after the signature of the Association Agreement by interpreting its development and by assessing how the EU uses its normative power to Europeanize Moldova. Analysis of improving the quality of the educational process at the State agrarian university of Moldova (SAUM)

Moldova is considered the poorest country in the European continent. The most important sector of the national economy in Moldova is still agricultural sector. 75 % of the population of Moldova live in rural areas and their livelihood depends on agriculture. Yet, agriculture in Moldova is the least developed among European countries and it faces major problems. Because of these reasons, with the entrance of Romania into the European Union, Moldova became a neighboring countrz and EU countries get more interested in international cooperation with Moldova.
Through developing the quality of higher agricultural education in Moldova the improvement of unfavorable situation of Moldavian agriculture could be reached. Thanks to transfers of knowledge, know-how and better preparation of agricultural experts can be significantly improved the competitiveness of country's agriculture within european market. In Republic of Moldova were held projects dealing with development of education. This work analyze the improvement of the quality of the educational process at State Agrarian University in Chisinau. The research of thesis was aimed to teachers of university, who passed courses of pedagogical qualification.
The results show that Czech courses lacked direct stays in the Czech agricultural universities and other agricultural institutions and more practical lessons rather than theoretical were needed. Neverthless, profesors consider Czech courses of pedagogical qualification in the framework of implemented Czech projects as very beneficial and effective and their realiazation should continue at SAUM.

Perspektivy Moldavské republiky v integračním procesu EU

Úkolem této práce je analýza perspektiv Republiky Moldova v integračním procesu EU,ve které se pokusím podrobněji zkoumat historický a kulturní vývoj, analyzovat geopolitické a sociálně-ekonomické postavení Moldavska, za účelem ukázáni příslušnosti tohoto státu k evropskému kontinentu. Dále budu zkoumat metody a modely implementace dohod o partnerství a spolupráci s EU, Evropské politiky sousedství a Akčního plánu EU-RM. Určit s jakými obtížemi se setkává moldavská vláda na cestě k realizaci těchto dohod a jaké jsou další problémy vnitropolitického, ekonomického a bezpečnostního charakteru. Postupným studiem těchto a mnoha dalších problémů se budu snažit odpovědět na tyto otázky : Jaké jsou perspektivy Republiky Moldova v integračním procesu, v jakém časovém rozmezí se RM může stát plnoprávným, nebo alespoň parciálním členem Evropské unie?

Analysis of Moldavian insurance market

My Bachelor degree is focused on the analysis of Moldova's insurance market. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is aimed at uncovering the theoretical basics of insurance. In the second part of my work I will be discussing and analyzing the development of Moldavian insurance sector (Identifying all the players in the insurance market and the structure of insurance marker upon different sectors) The last part of my work is focused on identifying the problems which hold back the Moldavian insurance market from developing and finding feasible solutions to overcome them. The purpose of this work is to investigate the current state of Moldavian insurance market and it's development over the past ten years (specifically between 2000 -- 2010) which will demonstrate and identify the most efficient insurance measures.
