Generation of Hypertext Documentation of Testing
Haris, Daniel ; Šimková, Hana (referee) ; Smrčka, Aleš (advisor)
The objective of this bachalor's thesis is to design and implement a helper tool for requirements-based testing. Tool consists of a web application, which focuses on visualization of coverage of requirements specification by user defined test cases. Another part of this tool is an agent, which generates templates of test suites based on information from the tool itself, executes test suites and returns test execution results. Output of this tool is a summary report about actual coverage of requirements specification.
A Tool for Sharing and Visualization of Skydiving Records
Madaj, Tomáš ; Kolář, Martin (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
Purpose of this work is to create a web application which would enable easiest possible 3D visualisation and sharing of uploaded GPS logs. It is intended mainly for aerosports. The application is built on the full-stack JavaScript platform Meteor.js, it features a web user interface and utilizes WebGL library three.js for 3D visualisations in browser. This form allows to achieve intended accessibility and simplicity of usage. The application is a valuable sports performance analysis tool. It brings accurate view of the actual trajectory in the sky where it's otherwise impossible due to the absence of a close visual reference point.
Isomorphic web applications using Next.js and Meteor.js frameworks
ŠTROSSER, Jan
The point of the bachelor thesis will be to present and test the principles of creating so-called isomorphic web applications using the new Next.js and Meteor.js frameworks. The basic characteristic of an isomorphic web application is the sharing of code between its server and client side, in this case it is the use of JavaScript not only for the web browser, but also for the server. The implementation of the topic will focus on the creation of isomorphic applications using two new frameworks Next.js and Meteor.js, which streamline and facilitate the development of applications. Their significance and comparison with the classical creation of web applications will be elaborated, and the advantages and disadvantages of their use will be tested. In the practical part of the work, two isomorphic Single page web applications (SPA) will be created using server-side rendering (SSR), which both frameworks use. Again, a comparison of both used procedures will follow, identifying the differences, advantages and disadvantages of using Next and Meteor from a practical developer's point of view. Traditional JavaScript frameworks React and Node.js will also be used when creating a complex application.
Portal information system on Meteor platform
Masopust, Ondřej ; Šilerová, Edita (advisor) ; Zdeněk, Zdeněk (referee)
This thesis describes development of real-time reactive portal applications build on Meteor platform. The goal of this thesis is to describe different parts of the platform as a whole and to offer best practices to develop such applications. The theoretical part provides information covering Node.js server, MongoDB document database and their specific features. The beginning of the practical part focuses on the application design and its components implementation. The last chapter summarizes the outcome of this thesis and analyses advantages and disadvantages of Meteor platform over more traditional technology stack. The output and the main value is the Opticube application that is being used in retail. Another plus is the fact, that this thesis is the first to cover Meteor platform at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague.
