After that the analyses of the evolution of the external and internal environment are realized and proposed relevant marketing strategy based on researches and analyses. The proposed actions are fully reflected in the measures in related parts of organizational and financial character, and the key factors for successful implementation of the proposed measures are set.

Diploma thesis „Evaluation of the financial health of the selected company and suggestions for improvement“ deals with the issue of financial health of the company LEAR a. s. The theoretical part provides knowledge in the field of financial analysis, external and internal analysis. The analytical part is focused on the essential steps for a detailed evaluation of the financial health of the company, including assessment of business environment and calculation of financial indicators. In the last part of the thesis are demonstrated suggestions for the improvement of the unfavourable situation.
