Handling system loads in foundry

This thesis deals with in the first part of the system of handling of loads in the operation of the foundry, which includes a brief description of the operation of the foundry, used material handling equipment for the transport of loads and risk analysis in their use with tasks commonly measures to avoid or minimize them. In the second part deals with the calculation of the strength of the sling. The work consists of technical reports and drawings.

This bachelor thesis describes the design of the pillar crane intended for a lifting operations while handling the container at the control station. Cranes with lifting capacity 80 kg, unloading arm length 2250 mm and height of 2800 mm stroke has a chain hoist and handling instrument PGS. The bachelor thesis includes construction design of the pillar crane and design and check calculations of key nodes. The bachelor thesis includes drawings comprising general assembly and production drawings pillar and boom.

It compares different methods of analysis on the basis of theoretical knowledge and processes them in calculation part. Usage of manipulating device in stocking of choosen company.

Work deals with transport and manipulation technics inside company PROSTOR-design s.r.o., which could be used or it is being used. With regard of characteric of work in company, it also contains problems in regard of storing and packaging of material. Work presents with different kinds of transport and manipulation technics and options of manipulation, storing and packaging of material. Together with means needed for the work. Each chapters describes different form of this technique and its effective use of avaible space for storing material. Chapters don't describe internal construction and technology solution. Work conclusion is summary of state in company PROSTOR-design s.r.o. and recommended changes for improvement in manipulation and storing material.
Analysis of handling equipment and device for realization of loading operations in agriculture

The target of thesis is to analyze handling equipment and device for realization of loading operations in agriculture and provide proposals and principles for optimal usage of applied handling equipment and device. The characteristics and clasifications of materials in agriculture, loading operations and transportation, listing of applied handling equipment and device for realization of such processes are stated in literary survey of this work. Next part of the work focuses on selection of modern handling equipment, device and producers ( domestic and international) available at current market and defines factors influencing the prefered choice to use particular handling equipment and device for loading processes on farms and in other agricultural environment. A part of the analysis is data and information acquisition of particular farm and review of loading processes in agriculture connected to applicable handling equipment and device, furthermore, currently used handling equipment and device with proposal to optimalization.
The use of modern handling equipment and resources for the implementation of the loading operations in the selected farm.

Aim of this work is to introduce a loading operations in agriculture and transportation in agriculture, handling equipment and devices. Providing an overview of the handling machines and devices that are commonly used in agriculture. Another section deals with modern handling machine. The following is the identification of factors affecting the work of handling equipment and resources. Based on these factors was also evaluating existing handling equipment and resources on selected agricultural farm and loading operations. After upgrading of existing facilities and resources follow my suggestions, which would in my opinion improve the current situation in the company.

Bachelor's thesis was prepared under proper completion of bachelor´s degree of Transport and Handling equipment for Agricultural University of South Bohemia in the České Budějovice. Bachelor's thesis focuses on transportation and handling equipment that is used in commercial networks Bauhaus. Due to the connection handling equipment with storage technology in this work also included the issue of storage and palletizing. The work introduces the reader to various types of handling equipment, options handling, storage of materials and resources that are needed for this aktivity. But not with the internal functions of the technical solution to handling. Describes options for efficient use of space for storage of materials, or the recommended solution. The individual chapters of this work is described and the topic is an example of the graphics solution. In conclusion, the author compares the set objectives of the project with the results. There is also advice on how to make this work further and develop it further.
