Mobile platform for testing autonomous vehicle sensors
Valla, Tomáš ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a design of a mobile platform. The platform contains all the necessary electronics from conventional RC models and thus the RC control itself is guaranteed. It is also equipped with a light but solid platform, which is suitable for attaching the necessary sensors, lidars, cameras and other necessary accessories. Part of the work is also a brief overview of the division of RC models and evaluation of the components used for possible construction of the model. The final chapter is devoted to FEM analysis, where the load-bearing capacity of the platform under different load models is checked by means of structural analysis. Using modal analysis, the platform's own critical frequencies were determined and compared to the frequencies that are transmitted when driving on the road.
Petrol three-cylinder radial aircraft engine
Břečka, Marek ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
The purpose of this thesis is to design a powertrain of petrol three-cylinder radial aircraft engine with the main parameters specified (bore, stroke, etc.), balancing inertia forces, stress analysis and determining of fatigue of the selected parts.
Safe brakes for servomotors
Štencl, Michal ; Duroň, Jiří (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
This Master thesis is focused on electromagnetic brakes for servomotors. In the first chapter is described principle of operation, later then design and main parameters are explained. The main part of thesis is focused on calculation of dynamic parameters of electromagnetic brakes. Calculations are solved first by analytic method in Matlab–Simulink, then by finite element analysis. Results are compared with measurements on prototype brake.
Mobile construction crane load capacity 200 kg
Tomeš, Jakub ; Nezbeda, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis describes mechanical design of mobile construction crane, specified for moving Silka bricks of weight 200 kg. Thesis contains constructing solution of steel frame - boom, column and chassis. Standard purchased components are also defined in this thesis - hydraulic circuits, el. pulley assembly and wheels. Last part of thesis verifies sufficient safety of designed frame using Finite element method. Output of this thesis are mechanical drawings of welded parts of steel frame and assembly drawing of entire crane.
