The costs of single phase of the building life cycle
Černý, Ondřej ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Krejza, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis determines the costs of individual phases of a building’s life cycle. The thesis explores a very broad subject which entails a variety of topics. The theoretical part concerns itself with building in general, costs of individual phases of a building´s life cycle and pricing in the Czech Republic. In its practical part, the thesis primarily dissects determining costs for the utility, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of a building during its life cycle. The process for the calculation of the total sum of financial costs in individual phases of the life cycle is shown in a table, which contains the costs for individual phases of the building’s life cycle.
Environmental assessment of timbered house and brickwork block of flats
Ostrovský, Milan ; Smolík, Jindřich (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with the evaluation of sustainable construction. It is a multi-criteria evaluation focused on building environmental, socio-cultural sphere, economics and management. The reviews I chose passive apartment house in two of designs. The purpose of this study is to compare the standard insulated brick buildings and in our non-traditional wood construction. At the beginning there will explain the basic concepts associated with the topic. After that, the problems of the sustainable construction and environmental impact assessment, which will describe the basic concepts, methodologies, criteria, description of evaluation. The last part will be made an example of evaluation SBToolCZ brick and wooden buildings passive residential Duma. Comparison of both results achieved certification and think about the advantages or disadvantages of both options. The aim of this thesis is dedicated readers and explain to them the issues of this topic.
Facility management - effective administration of buildings
Helekalová, Denisa ; Jedlička, Libor (referee) ; Tichá, Alena (advisor)
Thesis "Facility management - efficient administration buildings" is focused on building objects and benefit for the use of facility management services. The work tries to explain what is facility management, who provide it in the Czech Republic and how it contributes to savings. Mentioned are also information technology used in facility management, because without those are nowadays almost any industry can do. The first part is also focused on the construction, its life cycle and associated costs. Defined is also building life cycle in the context of facility management, outsourcing, as an external facility management services and neglected nor legislation for facility management.
Optimization of life cycle costs of family houses
Servusová, Michaela ; Aigel, Petr (referee) ; Výskala, Miloslav (advisor)
The theoretical part deals at the beginning with wooden buildings and suitable materials. Then information about low energy houses, passive houses and requirements for new buildings is introduced. The theoretical part of the work also summarizes the selection of the technological solution. Important part is about individual life cycle stages of the building, wear and tear of the buildings and whole life costs of the building that the investor is interested in. Practical part of the thesis consists of a case study of the wooden family house where the whole life costs of the building life cycle are solved.
Determination of carbon footprint in relation to the production unit of the budget indicator
Šebestová, Michaela ; Kocourková, Gabriela (referee) ; Krejza, Zdeněk (advisor)
The presented diploma thesis analyses the possibilities of determining the carbon footprint in relation to the production unit of the budget indicator. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic concepts associated with the carbon footprint and construction industry. The aim of this thesis is to quantify the carbon footprint of construction process, mainly during the production phase, and to compare the carbon footprint of objects of different production technology. The main output is the determination of an average carbon footprint converted to a unit of the budget indicator.
Ecological aspects of construction production
Šebestová, Michaela ; Vaňková, Lucie (referee) ; Krejza, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis processes an analysis of ecological load in a building process. In the theoretical part of the thesis the basic concepts of ecology and contruction are described. The most serious ecological problems connected with construction production are identified along with reduction measures of these problems, their possible appreciation and embedding in legislation. The practical part of the thesis deals with the issue of human impact on the environment within the life cycle of construction production. The effects of selected ecological aspects, which could affect the normal price, are discussed. The thesis sets out theoretical calculations for the valuation of harmful emissions, energy and water consumption and waste management.
Price of construction according to future user point of view.
Prak, Michal ; Rosecká, Zdenka (referee) ; Tichá, Alena (advisor)
Thesis "Price of construction according to future user point of view" is focused on the user's possibilities of the influence of the building value associated with the leife cycle. In the thesis explains what is facility management and what is it regarded to and life cycle of the building. On the example of building a house techniques are utilized facility management. Designed there are four deigned variants for which are calculated itemized budgets, the energy consumption of the building and other cost of life cycle of the building. At the end of thw work there are these variants compared and the result implies which one is the most suitable for a future user.
