Risk management associated with the implementation of a specific change in the selected company

The thesis focuses on the issue of risk management and subsequent implementation of change in a selected company. The first step is to specify theoretical knowledge regarding the given issue. This is followed by conducting strategic analyses of the company's environment in which the company operates. Based on these insights, a proposal for change is then created using Lewins change model and project management methods, with the aim of addressing the identified problem and thus improving the company's position

This thesis deals with basic concepts of corporate governance and management functions. It focuses on an analysis of a specific company, through which it is possible to identify deficiencies that occur within the firm. These weaknesses then affect the design of a new strategy and proposal for management functions. The changes are later implemented through Lewin's Change Management Model to which an implementation schedule is formed.

It describes the basic theoretical concepts and problems connected with the area of information systems. The work includes analysis of the current state, determination of the main requirements and parameters of the new information system, assessment of selected variants, selection of a suitable system, implementation, economic evaluation and summary of the expected benefits.

The thesis deals with the assessment of the ClickUp information system in the selected company and the subsequent proposal of changes. The thesis contains three main parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background. In the analytical part, both the current situation in the company and the current state of the information system are evaluated using analytical methods. The last part is devoted to the actual solution proposal, which is based on the identified shortcomings in the analytical part. The proposal subsequently leads to the improvement of the information system and the entire operation of the company.
