PC application design animation scripts for animated features headlamps / tail lamps.
Kalina, Michal ; Macho, Tomáš (referee) ; Valach, Soběslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and creation of user-friendly computer application, which is in the simple and intuitive way capable of creating animation scripts for animated features of headlamps and tail lamps used in automotive industry. Part of this solution is visualization of these scripts using miniature computer Raspberry PI and suitable diplay device.
Complex lighting system
Šipr, Jan ; Hadinec, Michal (referee) ; Friedl, Martin (advisor)
This paper deals with the theoretical basic principles of lighting and regulation. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, there was task to design a lighting system tailored to your needs. Additionally, there is a communication protocols used in lighting technology DMX and ArtNet.
Light decoration with LEDs
Paus, Anton ; Fedra, Zbyněk (referee) ; Zelinka, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor´s project was to explore the possibilities of the design and subsequent realisation of a light decoration with LEDs. In the theoretical part of the project the control options of a microcontroller and various LED driving circuits were discussed according to available sources. As the decoration should be sensitive to changes of ambient light conditions, attention was given to photosensitive parts such as phototransistor and photoresistor. According to this information the most suitable circuits were chosen for the final design (microcontroller ATmega16 and LED driver SCT 2024C). Thereafter the printed circuit board was designed and consequently realized. Software that controls the decoration was developed using the operational device. The outcome of work is a light decoration composed of three boards with possibility to connect another ones.
Emisivity and its Impact on the Heat Conductivity
Gančev, Jan ; Hejátková, Edita (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with the issue of emissivity and its impact on the heat dissipation. The first part describes the basics of thermal management, the issue of emissivity and its measurement. In the second, experimental part, are dedicated the emissivity values of examined specimens. These values are then used as initial conditions for the thermal simulation. In the last part are compared the measured results and the simulated results and is evaluated the impact of emissivity for the heat dissipation.
Control and signalling unit for sport match
Bohutínský, Jaroslav ; Chmelař, Milan (referee) ; Kolouch, Jaromír (advisor)
The aim of this study is a design of a control and signalling unit for sport meetings controlled by a microcontroller. The unit should display the time, the state of the match, eventually another data important for a course of the match. It should be fitted by an audible alarm of the end of the match. A touch control panel with a liquid crystal display serves as input of control data. The unit operates in a countdown mode, it is possible anytime to start or to stop the time by pressing the button. The equipment is mains-operated and backed up by an external battery. In the case of a power failure, it is switched over to the battery. A representation of the time, the state of the match and other data is done by LED displays. The unit allows a connection to PC.
Design of Handheld Lamp
Horáček, Radim ; Bukvald, Jiří (referee) ; Křenek, Ladislav (advisor)
The main purpose of this bachelor‘s thesis is to bring an inovative approach to design of handheld lamp, while meeting technical, aesthetic, ergonomic and ecological requirements. The torch effectively combines modern design and innovatove holding solution; it brings a new perspective on this issue. Torch composed of segments, equipped with LEDs, is placed on the forearm. This solution provides a free hands and high mobility.
Illuminating system for a tandem-scanning confocal microscope
Slabý, Tomáš ; Kršek, Jiří (referee) ; Chmelík, Radim (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with a design of illuminating system for tandem-scanning confocal microscope using a high-power LEDs.
Brightness control of light sources
Dostál, Lukáš ; Vorel, Pavel (referee) ; Huták, Petr (advisor)
Thesis is focus on brightness control of lighting sources. The first objective of the thesis is to determine basic concepts and explain interrealationships among particular magnitudes of lifting technology. Further is necessary describe functionality, particular light sources and thein possibility of use in practise. There is also outline issue of darkfall of particular types of sources and their evolution. The other part of thesis compare energy output of lighting sources and describe their possible future development. Further this thesis deals with options of regulating of brightness for LED moduls. There is also proposal of acceptable amperage regulator LED moduls including its software - microcontrol ATMEL AVG. Microcontrol ATMEL AVG Tiny 13 is programme in C language within computer environment AVR Studio 4 and will be record through the use of AVR Dragon.
Carcenter VW Group
Lyčková, Kateřina ; Svoboda, Jiří (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Skála, Jiří (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with a new building of Carcenter VW Group in the south of the city Brno, in a city part Brněnské Ivanovice, on Kaštanová Street. The plot is recognized as Brownfield under the number 0201 by the Brno City Council. It has a triangular shape with area of 1.3 hectares and it is oriented to the north-south direction. From the east it is bordered by a protective belt of the river Svitava. The land is located in an industrial zone, thus surrounding buildings are of commercial, administrative and industrial use. The building of carcenter is situated perpendicular to the southern boundary, with its long sides on the east and west. The access into the area of the building is designed from the road on Kaštanová Street. Urban solution allows independent use of a showroom and a service warehouse. There are designated separate parking areas for the needs of individual operations of both parts. The building is designed to meet the requirements of the service carcenter VW Group. It will serve as a showcase and a selling point of cars of Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, and Seat as well as a service and spare parts stock shop.
LED technology for Lighting Plants
Pospíšil, Tomáš ; Pavelka, Tomáš (referee) ; Krbal, Michal (advisor)
The aim of the work is to describe the physiology of plants and their needs to the successful evolution and growth. Furthermore to introduce a characteristic light requirement of plants and summarize differences between light requirements of the human eye and plants. More there are shortly mentioned the light quantities and units and by means of these quantities and their units there is assessed the appropriateness of lighting for plants. Another aim is to describe the electric and lighting-technical LED parameters that are suitable for use as a lamp designed for illumination of plants, outline the basic requirements that should the lamp designed for illuminating the plants fulfill. The last part is devoted to the presentation and evaluation of the measurement results of the lamp, which was already developed and used on prototype light source using LED.
