Resources Optimization of Non-profit Organizations

The thesis reviews present financing of professional social centres in Jihomoravský kraj with regard to the law no. 108/2006 Sb. It evaluates the possibilities of EU, ministerial and public financing of the organizations providing services specified by the communal plan of South Moravian region. Proposals for efficient supervision of such organizations are put forward, with emphasis on the importance of the provided services as well as their quality.
Design and Implementation of a System for Checking the Boxes Completeness

This thesis describes the design and implementation of a system for checking the boxes completeness. Thesis is divided into several parts. The first part includes an introduction into the manufacturing process and also devices, for which the system is designed. The second part consists of system design and a description of hardware components used for the system. The third part deals with the creation of a scheme used for connection an electrical switchboard. The fourth part is focused on a design of mechanical constructions, such as construction plan used for vision sensors connection, lighting system and design mechanical parts of stopper. A simulator of the system for checking the boxes completeness is described in the fifth part. It is used for a demonstration of functionality and controllability of the system. The sixth part deals with enabling of a communication between particular sub-systems, such as vision sensors, control panel and control system. The seventh part is focused on creation of the software required for the control system, HMI panel and deals with the configuration of pair vision sensors. In the final part there are some illustrations of designed system in real process of manufacturing.
Effeciency of surveillance in field of public procurement by ÚOHS

This bachelor thesis is about effeciency of public procurement control system in the Czech Republic. Main object of this thesis is Office for the Protection of Competition (Úřad pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže). In first theoretical part of this thesis are basic reason for controlling the public procurement market, control system itself: basic categorization of public procurements for purpose of regulation, Czech control system and few control systems of other countries of European union. In second practical part of this thesis is used survey to determine whether the control system of Czech republic is effective or not.
Control systems in schools (aimed at children and young people)

The Bachelor thesis deals with the inner checking systems within educational institutions, particularly the leisure time centres. The goal was to map and analyze the use of checking systems, checked areas, check frequency, the people who provide checks, the way checks are carried out, whether a report is taken about the check and if the results are, used for further work. Theoretical part is based on specialised literature and other available resources. The research part is based on set questionnaire research and its follow up analysis. The goal is to map the inner checking system in an educational institution and designing the inner checking system of the individual parts. The Bachelor thesis brings summary from the area of checking. It draws the attention to the importance of inner and outer checking. At the same time it points out that the outer checking is becoming an important part of the checking activity of an organisation. Regrettably many checks are more vindicatory than methodical.

CONTROL SYSTEMS IN FINANCIAL LAW RESUME JUDr. et Mgr. Lenka Veselá The proposed thesis deals with control systems, focusing on financial law. The theme of this work was chosen with regard to the current situation in society, taking into account the global economic crisis. Monitoring is an inseparable part of every well -functioning state therefore it is important to keep eye on this very rigorously and also address a further specifies control. Control is dynamically evolving topic that is still actual and cannot be found any area of human life, where it is not needed. As applied in a wide range of areas for this work was chosen just a part of law closer focusing on the area of financial law. Financial control, as presented in this work, is a broad definition of procedures for the control authorities in the individual sub-sectors of financial law. It can be defined as financial control in public administration, as well as a tax inspection, customs control, foreign exchange control in management. Financial control is also applied in the field of monetary law, fee law, banking law, etc. We could trace a system of financial control in all the various sub- sectors of the financial law.
