Design of a marketing strategy for a bio-bakery Kolinger

The focus of the thesis is on designing a completely new and also first strategic marketing plan for a bio-bakery which has never worked with marketing before. The first chapter is about marketing in general and about marketing instrument which are needed for designing a quality strategic marketing plan. The second chapter summarizes historical information about the bakery and introduces mission, vision and global company goals, designed by me. The last chapter focuses on new marketing goals and strategy with appropriate marketing communication mix. That all is summarized in simple action steps
