Kontrola INSPIRE povinností v ČR

CENIA, česká informační agentura životního prostředí a Slovenská agentúra životného prostredia uspořádaly jako hlavní organizátoři ve dnech 14. a 15. února 2017 v hotelu Park Inn v Praze 5. ročník česko-slovenské konference Inspirujme se…udržitelností, která byla spojena s úvodní konferencí projektu ATTRACTIVE DANUBE, realizovaného v rámci programu INTERREG DANUBE. Konferenci udělili záštitu ministr životního prostředí Mgr. Richard Brabec a ministryně pro místní rozvoj Ing. Karla Šlechtová. Letošní konference Inspirujme se…udržitelností měla za cíl propojit komunity odborníků z oblasti geoinformatiky a dálkového průzkumu Země s těmi, kteří prakticky hledají cesty k zajištění udržitelného rozvoje regionů, zemí i společného evropského prostoru – odborníků ve státní i veřejné správě, zástupců politické reprezentace na různé úrovni, soukromého sektoru i občanů. Tematické zaměření konference mělo významnou podporu evropských institucí, jejichž zástupci se rozhodli akce aktivně zúčastnit. Navíc díky projektu ATTRACTIVE DANUBE byli přivítáni mezi účastníky konference partneři z dalších deseti zemí dunajského regionu, zabývající se hodnocením rozvoje regionů z různých úhlů pohledu. Účast zahraničních partnerů byla důvodem pro zvolení angličtiny jako jednacího jazyka v rámci celého prvního dne spojených konferencí Inspirujme se… a ATTRACTIVE DANUBE, v průběhu druhého dne konference Inspirujme se… se pak již jednalo v tradiční češtině a slovenštině.

Management and description of geographic data in the field of environment of the Czech Republic

This thesis describes and analyzes the current state of environmental management of geographic data within geoinformation infrastructure of the Czech Republic in response to European legislation. The work is divided into four main parts. The first part deals with geoinformation infrastructure of the Czech Republic in its basic components due to the efficiency of the management of geographic data. Another part deals with the general characteristics of geospatial data underlying the description methods, organization and retrieval in the next section. The final part of its qualitative research describes in detail the management of geospatial data in the environmental sector, which is affected by the phenomenon of the implementation of INSPIRE and draws conclusions and recommendations. The work also supports the analysis of the availability of data sources for the implementation of the INSPIRE directive, the questionnaire used as a guide for research purposes, to illustrate the services Geoportal three pictures. Ontologies as an instrument for a design of data models of selected themes of the INSPIRE directive

It turns out that for most users of spatial data presents a harmonization of data (as an elimination of heterogeneity) as the greatest problem - a transformation their own data sets to the data specifications produced by the INSPIRE Directive so as not to limit current processes processing, management, sharing and presentation of data. Therefore, they need the widest possible description of spatial data, because it will only eliminate the problems of heterogeneity. The author of this Ph.D. thesis dealt with the opportunities which ontologies bring to the process of data modelling. The aim was to describe using ontologies the selected part (classification systems) of data models of spatial data themes "Land Cover" and "Land Use" which are defined in Annexes II and III of the INSPIRE directive. Developed ontologies serve as a source of information on classification systems. Their evaluation (so-called reasoning) will provide new information (relationships between taxonomy elements) that play an important role in the transformation process of classification systems as part of the harmonization of spatial data. Využití informačních systémů v oblasti odpadového hospodářství

The thesis is focused on the application of geographic information systems in the waste management, more specifically, on distribution of waste separation containers in the Pacov city. The document is divided into theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part, waste management, geographic information system (its history, evolution and current status, fields of usage), Global Positioning System (mainly its principle), the European Positioning System Galileo and development of european infrastructure of spatial in-formations. Practical part concentrates on the usage of ArcView software and evaluati-on of waste management in the Pacov city with the focus on production of sorted waste.

Nature protection analysis in the Czech Republic by GIS

This thesis deals with geographical information systems, that are trying to in-depthly talk over and explain all of the requirements. It focuses on data models, particular programs or on required hardware that is needed to make it happen. Further is it dealing with landscape protection. It deeply looks for example at landscape character, czech legislation of landscape protection and few chosen projects such as cenia or inspire outside of regular description. And it finally decsribes web mapping applications in Czech republic. Examples of them are possibly MapoMat, server of KRNAP and Klíšťata.

Portal solution of GIS in utilities

This work deals with the possibilities of accessing to the geographic information systems in utility companies. Its assignment is to assess to what level it is appropriate to deploy portal solutions today, and the replacement of traditional client installed on your PC with these technologies. The work begins with a general definition of GIS and a description of its use in practice. One chapter is devoted to GIS requirements from different perspectives (technical requirements, legislative requirements, business requirements), which are the present work evaluated by expert analysis of different user groups and clients, and these options using the financial indicators evaluated.
