Comparison of tourism in the Czech Republic and Ukraine

The bachelor thesis is concentrated on the comparative analysis of the organization of tourism in the Czech Republic and Ukraine on the basis of the official information sources. The ratings of both countries in the world tourism market are also studied. The purpose of the thesis is aimed at defining and comparing the current situation in the tourism market in the corresponding countries and also at analysing current supply and demand of tourist services in the chosen territories. On the basis of the analyzes in two territories the possible improvements are revealed and generalized.
Travel Agency as Business Entity in the Tourism Market

This bachelor essay is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is thoroughly defined the term tourism typology, market, destination, but also new trends. Specifies in detail businesses operating here namely travel agency and travel agency. Further work is focused on inbound and outbound tourism. The practical part is devoted to an execution plan for the establishment of a travel agency as a business entity in the tourism market. For the site was due to the potential connection of inbound and outbound tourism elected Czech Krumlov. After missing a description of the foundation, company activity, competitor analysis, and promotion opportunities.
Analysis of marketing tools of incoming tourism services suppliers

Diploma thesis contains the analysis of marketing tools of key companies of incoming tourism industry in the Czech Republic. The goal of thesis is to apply my work experience in this field since 2007 and determine current trends in conference incoming tourism industry and via my own survey to investigate if such trends exist on the incoming tourism market according to opinions of suppliers of such services in the Czech Republic. First chapter belongs to introductory part and contains definition of most important terms including estimate of the market size. Second chapter includes description and specifics of segmentation criteria on the incoming tourism field. Third part of my thesis includes description of main marketing tools including examples from praxis. This last chapter contains determination of trends on the market as well as results of survey within most recognized local services suppliers on incoming travel market. Results of survey confirmed local suppliers questioned in survey do recognize many of trends determined.
Impacts of EU visa policy on incoming of Czech republic

The main purpose of the thesis is to evaluate the impacts of EU visa policy on incoming of Czech republic. For achieving this main purpose there were also defined sub-goals, which include comparison of the indicators of inbound tourism in Czech republic before and after joining Schengen Area and assessment of economic impact of applied EU visa policy on Czech republic. The diploma thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first three chapters introduce the theoretical overview of basic terms in the international tourism, statistical monitoring of tourism and visa policy. The next part of the thesis is devoted to analyzing the influence of EU visa policy on selected countries whose nationals require visas to EU. The final chapter appraises the results and brings the forecast of the situation without existence of common visa policy.

Analysis of supply of package tours for seniors

The thesis deals with the inbound senior tourism. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the supply of package tours for seniors in the Czech Republic on the basis of the information recorded by the available resources. The other objective is to collect detailed information about senior tourism and to propose appropriate inbound package tours for seniors in the Czech republic on the basis of collected data. The concepts related to the senior tourism and specifics of the senior tourism are defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. The supply of package tours for seniors in the Czech Republic is analyzed in practical part. Web pages of the Czech inbound tour operators and questionnaires in particular are used to collect data. SWOT analysis is used to evaluate current supply. Examples of good practice from both foreign and Czech travel agencies are also mentioned in this thesis. In the conclusion, recommendations about appropriate package tours for seniors are designed on the basis of the primary and secondary data
Analysis of incoming tourism of Venezuela in relation to Czech Republic

The thesis is focused on incoming tourism Venezuela in relation to the Czech Republic. Conditions for the development of incoming tourism in this exotic destination are detected. Are also detected and compared different modes of travel to Venezuela on the Czech market. Finally, it is also carried out a survey on the demand for this destination from the Czech clientele. All data are thoroughly evaluated and are outlined possibilities of further development of incoming tourism Venezuela.

Teoretická část zahrnuje obecné předpoklady tvorby marketingové strategie, praktická pak aplikuje na tyto předpoklady činnost konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu.
Financial Analysis of a Specified Tourism Company

This thesis primarily deals with financial analysis of selected tourism company, the haulier company concerning on the area of incoming -- 493 Servis, s.r.o. The financial analysis should allow getting closer information about economic and financial health of the company. In the introduction of the thesis there is more than just this one aim settled. The additional aims concern the methodology and the area of transportation. The theoretical part summarizes the facts regarding the financial analysis and subsequently defined the area of tourism enterprises, focusing on the area of transportation. Knowledge summarized in the theoretical part is applied on the company 493 Servis, s.r.o. in the practical part since the practical part of the thesis includes the specification of the company, external financial analysis based on company financial statements and partial internal analysis based on the internal documentation. The financial analysis is enriched of graphical material. The summary of assumptions which are derived from the character of the analyzed company and their fulfilment based on analysis is the part of the evaluation. The evaluation also summarizes the factors which could cause distortion. Thanks to the concrete outputs, the thesis could be useful within the area of decision making for management of the company analysed.
Characteristics of chosen segment of tourists (young Italians)

The proposed bachelor thesis will focus on characteristics of specific segment of tourists-young Italians. Young Italian tourist was specified by age between 18 - 35. This thesis tries to characterize generally the specifics of this type of clients, among others by questionnaire which was filled by 105 italian tourists of above mentioned age.
