Analysis of Student Card ISIC Use

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the actual situation of the use of the student ISIC card. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the history of the ISIC card, development and distribution, supported areas of the card, brand partnerships, as well as IT technologies associated with the card. The further description of discounts, benefits and insurance is also included. The practical part describes methods and research objectives. The questionnaire method was used in cooperation with GTS ALIVE s.r.o. company. The analysis of the use of ISIC cards was performed based on the results obtained.
ISIC Marketing strategy in Czech Republic and Canada

Práce se zabývá světem průkazů ISIC a jejich fungování ve dvou různých státech. Autor využívá svých zkušeností ze svého působení na českém a kanadském trhu, a proto přináší na problematiku unikátní pohled, podpořený svou zkušeností. V praktické části pak předkládá návrh strategie pro zavedení průkazů ISIC na kanadském trhu. Čtenáři tak předkládá ucelený prohled na strategii dvou odlišných společností, které však vydávají stejný produkt, který je součástí života čtvrt milionu studentů v ČR. The final thesis is focusing on marketing strategy of ISIC cards in two different countries. Author is using his experience that he gained as Project Manager for ISIC Czech Republic and also ISIC Canada. In the final part it is proposing the strategy for ISIC within high schools in Canada. Therefore the thesis is showing unique view on the strategy of two different companies selling the same product.
The Needs and Interests of Youth in the Sphere of Tourism

The thesis is devoted to tourism of youth with focusing on the needs and interests. The theoretical part deals with issues of tourism of this segment and marketing research. The practical part focuses on a survey to determine preferences of students of selected universities in relation to the services provided by travel agencies. Collected data are then compared with information contained in the theoretical part and serves as a base for marketing advice to the Autoturist travel agency, Plc.
The sales strategy of ISIC/ITIC by company GTS Alive

This thesis is analyzing sales and marketing strategy by company GTS Alive that is the only company that can issue ISIC, ITIC and IYTC identification cards in the Czech Republic. The author is analyzing current strategy and situation in the student's cards market. In the conclusion, he is proposing new modified strategy for the company.
