Freivaldová, M., Strategy of development of travel agency Freibus s.r.o. after the Covid-19 pandemic. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The subject of the bachelor thesis is an evaluation of a current situation of the travel agency Freibus s.r.o. because of the global Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent formulation of strategic proposals that will lead to its development and increase of its awareness. In the literary research of the work are defined the basics of theoretical knowledge of tourism, strategic management, and analytical tools. At the same time, we pay attention to the definition of the specifics of the coronavirus in the literature search. The analytical part evaluates the external environment using the model PESTE and Porter's five forces model. The internal environment of the travel agency is analysed by an extended marketing mix of 8P, related to tourism and by carrying out a financial analysis. For the subsequent evaluation of the identified factors are used the EFE and IFE matrices from which the recommended suggestions follow. Specific suggestions are ultimately time-bounded and economically based.
Competition analysis of ski schools

Title: Competition analysis of ski schools Objectives: The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to compare the two strongest ski schools in a region in the Czech Republic, which is achieved by analysing the internal environment of the two selected ski schools. The marketing research is carried out by means of in-depth interviews with the managers of each ski school. Based on the marketing research, the ski schools are compared. The result of the work simplifies the decision-making process of users and employees and proposes recommendations to managers taking into account these results. Methods: The qualitative research method is used in this thesis. For qualitative research, the main method is in-depth interviews with ski school managers, which are combined with document analysis. Based on the information obtained, the McKinsey 7S model is constructed, which helps to identify strengths and weaknesses. These factors are evaluated using the IFE matrix. The paper concludes with a comparison of the internal environment of the companies. Results: The result of the work is an internal analysis of two ski schools in a region in the Czech Republic. The Order Processing in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the course of the contract in the chosen company PKS okna a.s. The thesis is based on the collected information, describing the actual situation of the order process in the company from the receipt of the order, through the individual stages of production, to the shipment and eventual assembly of the finished order. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the entire order flow, to locate difficult problems and to determine corrective measures that will contribute to a more efficient order flow in the selected enterprise.
Communication strategy of a specific company

This diploma thesis is focused on a communication strategy of the selected company. The theoretical part first deals with some basic definitions related to communication and its processes. Following, some particular steps of a communication strategy are analysed in detail. The next chapter is focused on marketing mix which is also related to the topic. It is followed by the chapter communication mix and its tools. The empirical part of this diploma thesis is focused on communication strategy from practical side. The first chapter describes in detail the selected company. The description is followed by necessary analyses. Type of analyses which are used in this diploma thesis are for example Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and analyses of IFE, EFE and IE matrix. Based on the obtained results proposals of projects are created. This projects are implemented to a new communication strategy. Proposed projects are: redesign of the selected company´s website and a realization of an advertising in the industry part of Pilsen. The proposal of the redesign includes a basic specification for creating a price offer, rating of a current website provided by two adressed suppliers of the website optimalization companies and their price offers of the redesign for a future realization. To process the second project (The realization of the promotion in the industry part of Pilsen) two different suppliers of the advertising were contacted. In both cases two price offers of different bigboards were demanded. The offers are created for a specific time frame. Finaly, the marketing company was asked to create a price offer of an advertising poster. The results of above mentioned recommendations should increase a demand of products offered by the selected company. Also, it should improve an Employer Branding and external communication.
