Alternatives types of hoists
Gröger, Matěj ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on different types of hoists. The introductory part describes the use and function of these lifting devices including the use of suitable types of chains. Following this, the design of a self-locking differential pulley with lifting capacity of 750 kg and lifting height of 9 300 mm is developed. The design includes strength calculations of important parts of the differential pulley. Drawing documentation is attached at the end.
Design of Electric Hoist, Capacity 250 kg
Soška, Michal ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with design of overhead electric driven hoist with hand-driven trolley. The objective was to design original and effective solution. Lifting mechanism is implemented as a chain drive, with own designed chain guide. Work contains a description of the individual components, corresponding calculations and drawings.
Stroke mechanism of bridge crane
Drábík, Michal ; Sedláček, Martin (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the design stroke mechanism of bridge crane with load capacity of 10 000kg. The thesis contains a critical research of today-manufactured crane trolleys and a selection of a suitable conception. Part of the design are calculations of the lifting mechanism base parts, for example: rope diameter, pulleys diameters, complete dimensions of the rope drum, selection and the design of the electric motor, gearbox, brake, frequency inverter, gear and drum coupling. Last chapter is focused on the strength calculation of the rope drum, durability of the bearing, weld strength examination and radial load. Part of the thesis is the lifting mechanism assembly drawing documentations and the rope drum welding assembly.
Stroke mechanism of bridge crane
Jirásek, Jiří ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the lifting mechanism of the crane cat, for a bridge storage crane with a load capacity of 8,000 kg. The thesis contains a critical research of similar existing solutions and the selection of the appropriate concept. The design includes calculations of the basic parameters of the stroke, and based on them selects appropriate rope, pulleys, and design of the rope drum. Furthermore, there are calculated and selected suitable components of the stroke mechanism such as electric motor, clutch, brake and gearbox. The last part deals with the design of the bearing, the drum pin and the calculation of the shaft key. The output of the work is the technical drawing of the whole assembly of the mechanism and the welding subassembly of the rope drum.
Conceptual design of bridge crane 8 tonne
Franc, Šimon ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kubín, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with conceptual scheme of a bridge crane with carrying capacity of 8 tons. Intention of this thesis is to scheme out the main specifications and size of this bridge crane. First of all we design and calculate the main bridge girder. Afterwards we calculate and design the cross bars and the travelling wheels. At last the desigh of an electromotor for powering the movement of the bridge crane takes its place.
Design of Hoist
Olešovský, Michal ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The topic of my Bachelor´s thesis project is a concept design of Service Hoist for foodstuff transport. Submited project is described by this Technical report which contains, except total description, description of components needed for propper function of designed equipment and necessary calculations. The drawing documentation is also a part of my project.
Pallet hoist with roller conveyor
Holcapfl, Zdeněk ; Vymazal, František (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the construction proposal of pallet hoist connected with powered section roller conveyor for transportation of europallets with loads 1200 kg. The proposed hoist is designed for vertical handling between two working positions with the distance 5 meters. The thesis contains all structural units of machine, design of all standars parts and control calculation of some parts using the finite element method (FEM). The thesis contains complete drawing documentation for designed machine.
Workshop gantry crane with a load capacity of 300 kg
Vícha, Ondřej ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with worktop gantry crane with a load capacity of 300kg. In the research part of the thesis there is an overview of existing construction solutions for smaller worktop cranes with load capacity up to 1500 kg. In second part there is a design, construction solution and construction plan of the specific crane. The construction plan includes various calculations used during the design phase of the crane as well as drawings of crane parts.
Pillar jib crane
Manda, Pavel ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the construction design of pillar jib crane with lifting capacity 1.300 kg, crane radius 3.000 mm and maximum lift 7.000 mm. The thesis contains design of supporting elements including strength analysis, assembly drawing of pillar jib crane and jib’s detail drawing. The thesis also deals with choice of suitable hoist.
Design of Electric Hoist, Capacity 250 kg
Otevřel, Marek ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
That bachelor's thesis describes the design of electric hoist. Select electric drive of hoist, manual drive of carriage and rope hoist drive is achieved simple design for easy production. There is a description of particular parts, control calculations of parts and basic drawing documentation in that thesis.
