The most common sports injuries of motocross riders and possibilities of their prevention

Title: The most common injuries of motocross riders and their prevention Objectives: The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the frequency of sports injuries sustained by motocross riders in the Czech Republic in year 2021. The thesis, based on a questionnaire survey, also discovers standards of usage of protective equipment and the impact of fitness training (including regeneration). Methods: The thesis uses the method of an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire to analyze the most frequent sports injuries as well as the frequency of usage of protective gear, forms of fitness training, and regeneration in 2021. Respondents were approached directly or via hobby communities and groups on a social network. The analysis itself was carried out in Microsoft Excel. Results: The research group was comprised of 128 respondents who were divided into three categories according to their performance level: hobby - 76, competitive - 35, professional - 17. In compliance with the survey results, the riders in 2021 suffered on average 10,6 contusions per person, 1,7 fracture per person (both predominantly of the upper limb), and 4,7 injuries of joint soft tissues or organs (predominantly in the knee area). Propose the inclusion of fitness training in the annual training cycle.  Methods: Interview, survey.  Results: Most of the best 200 players by ranking include fitness training into their training process. This diploma thesis "Floorball Summer Fitness Training" describes the process and influence of a fitness training period on female floorball players of Fbš Bohemians Praha club. The theoretical part focuses on fitness training and its elements, it also describes motor skills, training phases and physical tests. The practical part of the thesis deals with the actual testing of the players prior to the start of the summer fitness training period and afterwards. Fitness training in performance football

Title: Fitness training in performance football Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is the characterization and analysis of information about fitness training at a performance level of a football team that trains 2-3 times a week. Subsequent comparison and verification of adequate knowledge gained from optimal resources are used to improve fitness condition during yearly training cycle. Methods: First, the information about fitness training was compared based upon the analysis of the scientific literature. Secondly, the model training units focused on individual fitness assumptions were created. Thirdly, research data in the form of a survey from football coaches was compiled. Finally, field tests that were designed to improve performance level were applied. Results: In the thesis I found that a fitness training for football in performance level is as important in both preparatory periods as in fitness training of professionals. Although, it is much less intense. Based upon the analysis of the verified data and resources, the objectives of this thesis were achieved and hypotheses were confirmed. Title: Summarizing study about the role of fitness coach in football Objectives: The aim of this work is to create a proposal of a content of the educational programme "FAČR fitness coach". This educational programme will serve to definition of specialized capability of fitness coaches who cause in football and to determine their role and tasks in the scope of sport preparation football players. Methods: In our thesis we synthesized the results of the research of several research files and fields. We compiled and evaluated the questionnaire "The importance of fitness coach in the professional football", which we presented to the head coaches of the teams from 1. Gambrinus league. Results: The result of Our work is the proposal of the content of study programme "FAČR fitness coach". The content of this study programme was created on the basis of partial results of the research which are elaborately analysed in the relevant sections of this work. Title: The Analysis of the Standing Shooting Position in Air Rifle Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the standing shooting position in air rifle and to make a kinesiology analysis of this position which includes the body posture, the holding of the weapon, breathing, aiming and pushing the trigger. Methods: The used method is descriptive analysis. Results: The result of this bachelor thesis will be the analysis of the standing position in air rifle. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge a compensational exercise for the rifleman will be suggested. Title: Athletic preparation in Tennis Objectives: The aim of work is to show up how important is to add athletics exercises to preparation of tennis players at all age categories. Creating a list of exercises, which will help coaches to prepare an athletic training lesson for tennis players. Methods: A literature review was conducted. Information was obtained from the Czech and foreign literature, consultation with selected specialist's lectures, complemented with the author's own experience as a coach. Results: Although we can find many researches and literature about fitness training for tennis players, the importance of athletic training as part of conditioning is mentioned in literature very spontaneously. To build an optimal training lessons, it was necessary to use general literature and to use coaching experiences of the author of this bachelor thesis. Conditinal preparation of elite alpine skiers in Czech republic and alp leading countries

Defining the problem: The aim of this study was to compare the two training systems between the Czech system and the system of the alpine leading countries, fitness training downhill skiers in the adult category. The study group was composed of the top skiers in the category of adult women aged 20-25 years. The result was a difference in the quantity of training units (Czech 287 h - 328 h ALC). Alpine leading countrie's system were leading in the number of hours the load by 12.5% higher than the Czech system, which will be reflected in the overall results of athletes. It was a different number of hours of development of endurance and strength assumptions in the preparation period, which could have repercussions on the overall results, power plants in season 2012/2013. Method: My task will be to compare the method of retrieval and quantification of the preparatory period downhill skiers from the Czech Republic and downhill skiers from the Alpine leading countries. Materials to compare the final work will be available from coaches of both systems of the European team and the World Cup team and the Czech section of the Alpine Skiing (UAD). Prolems of the sport preparation of youth

Title: Youth Sports Preparation Issues Objectives: The objective of the diploma thesis is to find out the intervention programme effectiveness using specific and semi-specific character exercises in relation to the enhancement of fitness training pre-conditions of the young football players belonging to the U 16 category. Methods: A group of players, who were subjected to testing, consisted of 12 players of younger junior category at the age of 16 years (year of birth 1997) who are playing younger junior league. This group was involved in a two-month process of intervention. The exercises were applied every day in both months during the main contest period. Before joining the intervention, players were subjected to entry tests, then, a two-month training cycle began. After that, the players underwent final tests which were exactly the same as the entry tests. Results: The section of the diploma thesis bringing tangible results involves their evaluation which is available in the submitted protocols. Final results are presented in a well arrange way in the form of charts and graphs followed by their evaluation.
