Manufacturing of start segment by fineblanking technology
Tichoň, Ondřej ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The thesis deals with the design of the manufacturing technology of the starting segment, which is used to transmit the torque from the starting lever of the motorcycle. The part is made of steel 11 373 in the form of a sheet with a thickness of 6 mm, and the production series is set at 60,000 pieces per year. As part of the thesis, an innovation was proposed, which consists of cold pressing the shaft into the hole, and thereby eliminating the associated welding operation, speeding up production and making it more precise. Due to the required precision and the size of the series, a fine blanking was chosen for the production of the starting segment. Furthermore, coils of sheet metal were chosen as a semi-finished product, while 19 coils with a diameter of 1400 mm and one incomplete coil with a diameter of 1085 mm are needed to ensure the production series. The total force for cutting out two components in one stroke was determined to be 4680,4 kN. Due to the given strength and dimensions of the sheet metal, a triple-action hydraulic press FB one 7000 was chosen for production. The work also includes a technical-economic evaluation, through which it was found that the given production becomes profitable at 34987 pieces. Therefore, due to the size of the production series, it can be declared that the production is profitable.
Manufacturing of a Segment of the Seat Positioning System
Horák, Jan ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of technology for the production of a seat positioning system made of sheet steel ČSN 11 373 with a thickness of 2 mm. Due to the adjustment of the production quantity of 200 000 pieces per year, the required dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the cutting surface is used by the technology of production of fine blanking with a pressure edge. Part of the work is the implementation of technological and construction calculations, including the design of the cutting tool with the necessary drawing documentation. An alternating arrangement of cut-outs for a coiled sheet metal blank (Ds = 1 200 mm, ds = 500 mm) is chosen as most suitable in the work, which means the use of 36 coils for a given annual production. In the final part of the work, a three-acting hydraulic press Feintool HFA 8800plus is chosen for the production of the component, which is incorporated into the automated production line FBA 6/300, including all necessary equipment for handling, unwinding and straightening the cut sheet metal strip.
Fineblanking component and its manufacturing
Lata, Miroslav ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Šlais, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with a propose of a new manufacturing technology of component called „KULISA“ drawing number 4-DP-05-10/01. The beginning of this work is prepared as a literary study about blanking. There are explained some basic concepts necessary to introduce a blanking topic. Other interest of this work is an assessment of actual state of conventional blanking technology which is being currently used for component production. With regard to the deficiencies of the existing method is proposed new technology of fine blanking. In the proposal is evaluated technological site of component construction and blanking tools are proposed with stress analysis included. Last part of the work deals with the economic evaluation, where is being compared efficiency of existing and new technology.
Types and characteristics of precision cutting methods
Hrtús, Vojtěch ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Štroner, Marek (advisor)
Bachelor thesis deals with methods of precise cutting and their analysis. The methods used for production of small series were discussed only briefly due to their small occurrence in practice. In the case of fine blanking, an extensive search is made regarding the individual parameters influencing the quality of the shearing process. Furthermore, the work also deals with the shortcomings of the method and possible ways to modernize the technology, either in terms of quality of the shearing process or in terms of economy.
Production of guiding disc
Slavík, Tomáš ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the design of the production of a guide disk made of sheet metal DC01 with a thickness of 3 mm. The production series is set to 100 000 pieces per year. Due to the required accuracy and size of the series, it was chosen that the guide disk will be made by the method of fine blanking. A coil of sheet metal has been chosen as the semi-finished product due to percentile of material usage and size of the series. For production will be needed a total of 24 coils of sheet with length of 308 m and one incomplete coil with a length of 132 m. The total force was calculated as Fc = 887,3 kN. Due to this strength, dimensions of the sheet and floor area of the tool, a triple-acting hydraulic press FEINTOOL XFT 1500speed was chosen for the production of the part. The last step was to check whether the size of the series is profitable or lossful. It was calculated that production becomes profitable at 49 554 pieces. Due to the size of the series, it can be stated that the production will be profitable.
Production of gear wheel
Tesař, Michal ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The work deals with the design of gear production technology and the required production series is 80,000 pieces per year. After evaluating various variants of gear production, the method of fine blanking with a vee-shaped was chosen, on which the literature search is also focused. The part will be made of material E 295 with a thickness of 2 mm and the semi-finished product is a coil of sheet metal. Part of the work is also the design of a tool, which is based on technological and control calculations. A three-acting press from the company Šmeral Brno FMB 440 was chosen as the machine. At the end of the work, an economic evaluation was performed.
Manufacturing of the Motorcycle Rosette
Radnický, František ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on design of suitable technology of motorcycle sprocket, made from sheet metal 11 500 with a thickness of 6 mm. The production series of this component is 100 000 pieces per year. Before selecting the most suitable technology for the production of rosette the evaluation of different available technologies was carried out, of which as the most appropriate method, the accurate cutting with pressing edge is selected. The technological and constructional solution is elaborated, which involves selecting of the appropriate blank (sheet metal 6 x 2000 x 4000), design of cuttingg tool with its documentation and the choice of production machine triple-action hydraulic press Feintool HFA 11000 plus. In the final phase, a technical and economic evaluation of the efficiency of the production is performed.
