Consumers' behaviour and experience in the market of financial services

The aim of my thesis is to find out the extent of usage and experience with financial consultancy services and to propose possible improvements in the offer of these services. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical one. The first part is focused primarily on the definition of basic terms in connection with consumer behaviour, including factors which influence consumer decision. The practical part deals with questionnaire research and analysis of found information. On the basis of the information collected, recommendations for financial consultancy providers will be proposed.

Comparison of activities of financial-advisory companies operating in the Czech market

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of financial counselling in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to the regulation and supervision of financial market in the Czech Republic in general and afterwards in connection with financial counselling.The second part focuses on comparison of four major financial-advisory firms operating in the Czech market. At first from the point of view of activities which they do for its prosperity and then from the point of view of non financial parameters and business performances. The aim of the thesis is defining financial counselling, mapping its regulation at the national and international level and comparison of four major firms in order to compare the quality of their work.
