Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku finančního poradenství v České Republice. První část je věnována regulaci a dohledu nad finančním trhem v České Republice obecně a následovně regulaci a dohledu ve spojení s finančním poradenstvím. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na porovnání čtyř velkých finančně-poradenských firem působících na českém trhu. Nejprve z pohledu aktivit, které provozují pro svou prosperitu a dále z pohledu nefinančních parametrů a podnikatelských výkonů. Cílem práce je vymezení pojmu finanční poradenství, zmapování jeho regulace na národní i mezinárodní úrovni a porovnání aktivit čtyř velkých firem za účelem porovnání kvality jejich práce. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of financial counselling in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to the regulation and supervision of financial market in the Czech Republic in general and afterwards in connection with financial counselling.The second part focuses on comparison of four major financial-advisory firms operating in the Czech market. At first from the point of view of activities which they do for its prosperity and then from the point of view of non financial parameters and business performances. The aim of the thesis is defining financial counselling, mapping its regulation at the national and international level and comparison of four major firms in order to compare the quality of their work.
