Energy Performance Certificate of the Building
Lněnička, Petr ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the energy performance of the Mars hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the conversion of sunlight into electric power using solar-powered photovoltaics. The practical part is focused on the analysis of energy consumption and energy flux of the inspected building. The final part C concerns about the result of this thesis – the energy performance certificate of the analyzed building.

Energy performance certificate of residential building
Němcová, Aneta ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the energy performance of the residential building in Letovice. The theoretical part is about thermal systems, especially the district heating. In the computational part, it compares the energy needs and flows of the baseline building with the newly designed state. The result is two passes of both states inserted into part C – the PENB project.

Building Energy Performance Certificate
Farkhutdinova, Iuliia ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
In the bachelor thesis, the author focuses on the evaluation of an apartment building's energy efficiency in Ostrava before and after its reconstruction. In the theoretical part (A), the basic concepts of energy performance of buildings and the relationships between them are presented. In the calculation part (B), the comparison of the energy needs and an energy evaluation of the building before and after its reconstruction is provided. The assessment is performed by an energy performance certificate (PENB). Its part is the proposal of cost-saving measures for the current state of the building after reconstruction. The results consist of the three energy performance certificates presented in the part C.
