Art technic with two years old children in the kindergarden
MAREŠOVÁ, Tereza
The topic of this bachelor thesis is art techniques with two-year-old or more precisely two to three-year-old children in preschools. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part, I characterize the development of this aged children from the perspective of physiological, cognitive and emotional functions. In the practical part I deal with individual art techniques and their methodical processing, including time-requirements, aids, and the approach for individual activities including evaluation. The goal of this work is to determine whether children ranging in age from two to three years and being newly integrated into the preschool are able to understand the process of art techniques and do them- with or without help- or at least imitate them. A further goal is to determine which of the applied techniques are least troublesome for the children and which bring the biggest challenges. For my research I chose the method of observation because it is most relevant to this topic with regard to the assignment and also to the age of the children. The conclusion summarizes all the findings and recommendations.
