Detached House with Business Premises

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a detached house design with business premises. It is a new building of an isolated house with a flat roof construction in the town Dobříš, in the Bratří Čapků Street. The designed detached house is for 4 persons; it has two aboveground floors and a garage with parking for one car on the ground floor. The house is divided in two operational units; the detached house and the business premises. The business premises will serve as a financial advisors’ office. Ferroconcrete pillars form the vertical supporting construction; ferroconcrete ceiling plates and ferroconcrete beams create the horizontal supporting construction. Beam filling is from aerated concrete blocks Ytong. The sheathing of the ventilated façade is from Alucobond desks.

Mapping of ornamental historic rural gardens

The bachelor thesis deals with topic of mapping decorative historical country gardens. The work is written in form of literary research and is divided into chapters. The definition of terms related to the historical gardens, their protection, renovation and restoration, description of significant elements and woody plants, division into types and their development according to the style through the whole humankind era so far, are written in the bachelor thesis. Everything is accompanied by the historical and current photo-documentation for livier idea of the reader. The development of the gardens and parks is described further in case of the castle Dobříš and Hluboká nad Vltavou, where the history itself of both the castles is described.

The Dobris School throughout the years 1900 - 1950

The thesis describes the history of school in Dobříš in the years 1900 - 1950. History of the town of Dobříš is described in the first chapter, history of education is described in the second chapter. Chapters three to seven contain a description of the individual stages of school development in response to changes in society, characteristics of the given period, the process of each school year, important events, celebrations and interesting facts.

DIPLOMOVÁ PRÁCE Project teaching on the regional history of the town of Dobříš in the 20th century Gita Otavová Abstract Diploma thesis deals with the project teaching and regional history of the town of Dobříš. The research part of the thesis contains proposal of project teaching on the topic of the history of the town of Dobříš in the 20th century. Pupils explored regional history of the town and architecture and regional monuments located in the town and it is surroundings especially. Pupils revealed how these sites have changed during the 20th century. They compared the history development with the present situation of the buildings. They explored for example the castle of Vargač, the chateau of Dobříš, so-called Cultural House, House and Gym of Sokol Association, secondary school building and Kopáček's house. Chapters from Ladislav Malý's Life (1862-1956)

The main aim of this thesis is to describe the personality and life of Ladislav Malý (1862-1956), a teacher, writer, traveller and amateur national historian, who put forward the foundation of the Museum of Příbram. The thesis also tries to situate Ladislav Malý's life into the context of the era and to assess his importance in the history of Příbram, the Příbram region and the Habsburg monarchy, respectively the Czechoslovak Republic. The third task of the thesis is to assess if Ladislav Malý fits in this context and whether or not, in some way, he is out of it. The story about Ladislav Malý is not strictly chronological. As the title "Chapters from Ladislav Malý's Life" sais, the individual aspects of his life (teacher's work, writing, traveling, etc.) are described separately to make them easier to understand and to place them in the overall picture of the era of second half of the 19th century till the middle of the 20th century.

3D Reconstruction of extinct parts in the Dobříš town

The main object of this thesis is the reconstruction and visualization of multidimensional model with using geographic information systems. The thesis deals with issues associated with the above mentioned topic as well. The 3D reconstruction relates to the Mírové square in the Dobříš town, which was affected by the redevelopment in the second half of the 20th century. During creating the 3D model, there was an endeavour to capture the best appearence of the area before this change. The reconstruction, created mainly by ArcScene, was made by using historical photos, aerial photographs and other data. Two softwares are tested and compared during modelling of 3D buildings - Bentley Microstation and Google SketchUp. Fly-by animations and pictures are the thesis results, being confronted with historical photographs.

Redevelopment study for brownfield of Rukavičkářské závody in Dobříš

The topic of this bachelor thesis is redevelopment study for brownfield of Rukavičkářské závody and near surroundings in Dobříš. The study is composed from the three parts. The theoretical part deals with problems of the brownfields, functions built-up areas and arrangement infrastructures.
The second part of this thesis deals with analyzes this territory, that are important for creation of the study. In the end of this chapter were determinated the problems and values of this territory.
On the base of the analytic results and theoretical principles is suggested resolution. The result of this study is master plan of the mixed living area with good interconnection the surrounding areas and town center.
