Diagnostic methods for the evaluation of the state of timber structures
Dvořáčková, Soňa ; Anton, Ondřej (referee) ; Heřmánková, Věra (advisor)
This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on diagnostics methods which are destructive, semidestructive and non-destructive. Thanks to these methods, we find out features and characteristics of the material. In the thesis, there is performed diagnostic measurement on a wooden beam and comparing of the results from the method of thorn resistance placement and the results from wood strength measured along the grain. At the end of the thesis there are mentioned statistics calculations.
Diagnostic of photovoltaic cells by LBIV
Sládek, František ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This dissertation main point is to take up with fotovoltanic cells metering methods. Dissertation work dwells with the most common defects rising during the fotovoltanic cells manufacturing. Also, there is a diagnosis workshop proposal and realisation. Workshop uses the Light Beam Inducted Voltages (LBIV) method. By the help of this method, fotovoltanic cells structures are analised and compared to the Light Beam Inducted Current (LBIC).
Low volume roads
Kučera, Vlastimil ; Stehlík, Dušan (referee) ; Hýzl, Petr (advisor)
Thesis deals with an issue of low-volume roads and brings basic informations about their design. The most of the low-volume roads in the world are unpaved roads, while in the Czech republic there are not enought of experience with their construction, therefore a foreign literature was used as an almost exclusive source. The advantages of the roads with unpaved materials are, they are environment-friendly and money saving, therefore when correct procedure is used, good quality material is chosen and proper maintenance is used, they are advisable alternative to normally used asphalt surfaces. With increasing volume of vehicles their advantages decreases. They are suitable for a road surfaces in protected landscape areas, because they represents minor impact on the landscape.
Survey and Diagnostics of Building Construction
Haloun, Jan ; Cikrle, Petr (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The topic of the first part of this bachelor thesis covers the methods of diagnostics of reinforced concrete constructions and their practical application. In the theoretical part are described the methods currently used with diagnostics of reinforced concrete constructions with focus on methods used in practical part. The practical part covers the survey of reinforced concrete constructions and its evaluation. The main objects of the practical part were the detection of the strength class of concrete and real reinforcement of certain elements.
Non-destructive testing of gear-wheels
Krejčí, Martin ; Juliš, Martin (referee) ; Čech, Jaroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis resolves aplication of particular non-destructive testing methods while producing castings of steel wheels and quality control of this process. There are described fundamentals of flaw detection, determination of flaw-generation cause and suggestions for optimalization of casting process and increasing of its quality.
Drawing technology of non-rotary drawing parts
Vítek, Roman ; Šlais, Miroslav (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The bachelor thesis written in the frame of studies branch 2301R016 is focused on theory of drawing technology of non-rotary drawing parts. The theme is elaborated on the base of literary sources starting with theory of drawing rotary drawing parts, through description of modern metods used in production itself. The work includes simulation of drawing non-rotary drawing parts, analysis of defects during drawing. There is also an overview of non-traditional drawing metods including essay dealing with various drawing materials such as stainless steel or titan.
Theory of maintenance and reliability
Kopeček, Marián ; Turygin, Andrei (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the theory of maintenance, reliability and maintenance´s effect on it. At the end the problem is clarified by the specific technical system.
Analysis of Defects on PCB Using Modern Optical Method
Vala, Martin ; Řezníček, Michal (referee) ; Řihák, Pavel (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on detecting of defects on BGA (Ball Grid Array) components using of X-ray. Defects are formed during reflow BGA components during assembly, but also later due to mechanical and thermal stress. Therefore, there is an overview of defects and methods of diagnosis of BGA packages eg .: modern X-ray defect detection or micro sections. There is disclosed a device NORDSON DAGE XD7600NT its operation and setup. The device enables advanced methods of scanning called X-plane. For creating 3D models used reconstructive software called CERA, which uses raw data from the method of X-Plane.
Set possible causes for capacity loss of capacitors
Fabiánek, Marcel ; Špinka, Jiří (referee) ; Starý, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with formation of defects on through-hole capacitors. Process of wave soldering and its steps are described in the first part. The listing and description of possilble defects caused by wave soldering is followed after the first part. There are several sources of potential causes of capacity loss and a separate chapter to these causes. The last part contains a proposal of testing individual potencional causes. Their purpose is to reveal the root causes of formation of the defects and then the practical solution is described.
Welding of the lift cage framework
Měřičková, Petra ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
Stress relieving in the welded joints occurs when loaded of the platform lift. Critical welds of profile from steel S235JRH and of stiffener from steel S355J0 are examined in terms of flexibility, strength and safety using strength analysis method. Under different welding conditions and parameters are performed the testing welds by method MAG. Macroscopic and microscopic inspection are conducted as well as tension test. Weld created in active gas 82 %Ar + 18 %CO2, by dip transfer with low values of welding current 96 A and voltage 20,2 V became as the top evaluated sample. This weld is recommended to use in practice.
