Shock severity comparison using Shock Response Spectrum and Pseudo-Velocity Shock Spectrum in LabVIEW
Štěrba, Radek ; Pikula, Stanislav
This article deals with the comparison of Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) and Pseudo Velocity Shock Spectrum (PVSS). Publicly available data as well as values from an implemented experiment are used. The experiment consisted of acquisition of accelerations when a model car hit various braking pads. The data was recorded and evaluated in LabVIEW and for this purpose the PVSS needed to be implemented in same programing environment. The results show that the impact severity rating can be seen from SRS as well from PVSS, but on the 4CP paper the results are much easier to spot.
Transmission Diagnostic Tool
Škvarka, Jakub ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This master's thesis focuses on the development of a tool for diagnosing transmission systems in programming language Python. The aim of this work is to create a flexible software solution that enables data acquisition and analysis primarily from gearboxes using the LAN-XI analyser, which is adaptable to the individual needs of the user and allows for process automation. The developed tool fully replaces conventional software, providing opportunities for automation and customization of the data acquisition process. The thesis also presents a specific example of the tool's application on real data from a technical experiment, demonstrating its functionality and practical use.
Design of electronic subsystem for reduced gravity impact simulator
Ostrý, Lubomír ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
The focus of this thesis is development of an electronic subsystem for reduced gravity impact simulator. The research part of this thesis firstly covers methods used for simulation of microgravity or reduced gravity and compares them. Another part of research focuses on three selected potential approaches to creating the electronic subsystem for this device. The second, practical, part of this thesis describes the design and development of the electronic subsystem. The foundation of the electronic subsystem is a control unit which has been developed on the basis of an STMicroelectronics microcontroller. Using the control unit, the electronic subsystem measures pressure, position, acceleration and force in the system. Another task of the control unit is control of a stepper motor. Integration of individual elements into the electronic subsystem is described both in terms of software and hardware. Furthermore, a graphic user interface program for PC has been developed as a means to interact with the system. In the final part of the thesis, the operation of the electronic subsystem is described and lastly, the electronic subsystem is evaluated.
Data storage architecture for manufacturing processes
Bobák, Petr ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Holek, Radovan (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to develop a concept of an information system for collecting and processing data from an industrial process, which will be a part of a complex monitoring system as a whole chain from the sensor to the information system. The thesis briefly describes decision making process of a HMI device selection – Weintek cMT-SVR-100 visualization server, which is able to transfer data acquired from PLC’s via Modbus TCP over Ethernet to a remote MySQL database in the internet. Its main properties and output data structure was described. The thesis presents data and process model of the database and a web application design as a user interface. The web app allows users to access the system via general web browser at any platform and/or device. The thesis also presents testing of the system and its results.
Overview of rapid prototyping technology for medicine
Jícha, Martin ; Svoboda, Petr (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is intended to map the current state of technology and the possibility of rapid prototyping in medical use. The first part is focused on the common principle of function of RP technologies. The following section discusses specific technologies essential RP and the level of current applications for medical purposes, including specific examples. Here is an outline of future development of these technologies.
Measurement and analysis of dynamic properties of rotating machine parts
Gofroň, Vojtěch ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
Diploma thesis focuses on measurement and analysis of shaft motion, torque, angular velocity and vibration. First part of the thesis deals with general issue of acquiring a digital signal. Next part describes suitable sensors for each measurement type, and data acquisition hardware. The last theoretical part describes methods for measurement data analysis and vibration diagnostics. Practical part of the thesis describes shaft motion and torque measurements made on laboratory equipment, and vibration measurement made on real machine system. Each measurement includes measurement data analysis and evaluation.
SOFTWARE FOR LOAD TESTS OF EL.MOTORS-data acquisiton from temp.sensors systems (RS232,USB,PCI DAQ) and power analyzer (GPIB) in LabView.
Čípek, Radek ; Hejč, Tomáš (referee) ; Nesvadba, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the creation of a program for collecting data from three optional systems of temperature sensors (RS232, USB and PCI DAQ), torque shaft and a power analyzer (GPIB) in LabVIEW. The implementation of the results to Excel by the automatic periodical writing of the gained data (LabVIEW › Excel).

This work is covering desing of database system which stores results of measerements performed on test stations which are part of assembly line.
Measurement and signal processing with myRio kit
Heteš, Marek ; Spáčil, Tomáš (referee) ; Kšica, Filip (advisor)
This thesis deals with research of options for data acquisition and signal analysis, of the myRIO kit and LabVIEW platform. Next it describes the design of application for data acquisition and signal analysis, and the last chapter of this thesis is about testing and a practical demonstration of our application.
Digital Storage Oscilloscope
Piši, Daniel ; Keprt, Jiří (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor project deals with design and implementation of PC based USB digital storage oscilloscope. The aim of presented measurement instrument is to fill the space between amateur constructions and expensive proffesional oscilloscopes. In addition to good measurement parameters and affordable price wants to engage by free licence and originality solution. The concept of whole construction shows measurement instrument as a system of independent modules bringing new possibilities of extending functionality.
