Estimating the flow capacity of river
Lorenc, Václav ; Dráb, Aleš (referee) ; Duchan, David (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is dealing with the watercourse`s capacity assessment of the river Jihlava on the kilometers 136,5 to 139,5 in the village Maly Beranov. In the chosen locality was made a model of the surface water flow during the flood flow rate Q1, Q5, Q20 and Q100. Based on the gathered information about the area`s utilization, errand and following calculation of the flow, the areas for a potential flood protection were identified. In the problematic locations was suggested to dredge the bottom. In selected sections was made a draft of protective earth dam and concrete wall. According to the draft of flood protection, the model of surface water flow was adapted and the efficiency of flood protection was verified by calculations. All the results are published in clear maps.
Surveying of natural memory Velká Skala at Malhostovice
Chmela, Jiří ; Soukup, František (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is a construction of a surveying network to measure natural monument called „Malhostovická pecka“. The measurement was performed by the tachymetric method. The result of the work is thematic map in a scale 1:500 in the 3rd accuracy class according to ČSN 01 3410 large scale maps – basic and thematic maps.
Terrain creation in the Revit program
Meluzín, Tomáš ; Volařík, Tomáš (referee) ; Berková, Alena (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with the creation of a digital terrain model in AutoDesk Revit software. It explores the three options for creating a digital terrain model offered by Revit. Terrain modeling based on contour lines, inputting elevation points directly in Revit, and modeling based on an imported text file with coordinates. The input data for the first mentioned option, contour lines, was created in AtlasDMT software. This process is also described in the thesis. The thesis is devided into two parts. The first part focuses on Digital terrain model issues and related data collection methods, and the second part provides a detailed procedure for creating a digital model in Revit. The outcome of this thesis is a digital terrain model of the surrounding area of the object of interest and a site plan of this area.
Antidepressant potential of serotonergic psychedelics in preclinical research
Dušková, Valentýna ; Vejmola, Čestmír (advisor) ; Skálová, Kateřina (referee)
The treatments for depression available in contemporary medicine have a number of drawbacks. Modern antidepressants, despite fewer side effects than conventional ones, have a slow onset of action and their effectiveness is often individual. Recent studies of psychedelics have indicated their promising to extraordinary potential in the treatment of depression. Clinical research has made significant progress in this direction, as have a growing number of preclinical studies. Psychedelics potentiate signaling pathways and protein expression related to neurogenesis and cell viability and induce an increase in dendritic spines and dendritic branching. At the behavioural level, psychedelics have been shown to attenuate depressive behavioural changes, suppressing anxiety and anhedonia. This paper summarizes the effects of psychedelics in preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies, taking into account the neurobiology of depression, i.e., mainly at the level of neuroplasticity and observed behavioural changes. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the general characteristics of depression and psychedelics, followed by an introduction to preclinical experimental approaches. The central part then describes and discusses individual studies. Keywords: depression; animal models; psychedelics; LSD;...
3D reconstruction of landscape in abandoned villages of borderlands and military zones
Jelének, Jan ; Štych, Přemysl (advisor) ; Oršulák, Tomáš (referee)
3D reconstruction of landscape: A case study of extinct municipalities in Czech borderlands and military areas Abstract This work deals with theoretical and practical possibilities to use GIS to create three-dimensional model of landscape changes. The object of the work was the creation and visualization of three-dimensional model of extinct municipalities Padrť in a military area Brdy and Košťálkov in the borderlands. The work used many available data sources, such as historical aerial photographs, historical photos, current orthophotos or historical maps. These data and specialized software were used to create digital models of the selected area, including three-dimensional models of buildings and vegetation, with emphasis on historical closeness. Work was focused on three selected periods of history: 40th of the 18th century, 30th to 50th of the 20th century and present. The work resulted in fly-by animations and perspective scenes, which are compared with historical photographs. Historical models are also confronted with each other by a dynamic fading in fly-by animations.
Use of contemporary 3D geoinformation technologies for historical reconstructions of sites: case study Zahrádka u Ledče nad Sázavou
Berka, Rostislav ; Laštovička, Josef (advisor) ; Štych, Přemysl (referee)
Use of contemporary 3D geoinformation technologies for historical reconstructions of sites: case study Zahrádka u Ledče nad Sázavou Abstract This bachelor thesis deals with contemporary 3D GIS technologies and methods used for historical reconstructions, especially reconstructions of lost sites and objects. Thesis contains an overview of technologies, methods and softwares suitable for these purposes. Thesis is focused on quite unique single image-based modeling, which uses geometry of object in the image. There is also brief overview of visualisation 3D models on the internet and web mapping. Thesis introduces a prescription for creating 3D model of lost site. First, TIN is produced from contours of old maps and DMR 5G data using breaklines, which are generated automatically. SFM models of preserved objects and models of destroyed objects acquired through single image-based modeling with help of old archival images, are placed on DTM. The case study area is the lost town of Zahrádka u Ledče nad Sázavou. The results of this work are view scenes and interactive web map aplication for visualisation of 3D model. The accuracy of used single image-based modeling method is compared to the standard SFM technique. SFM had better accuracy. Keywords: 3D model, 3D GIS, single image-based modeling using geometric...
Surveying and production of a special map of a part of the Luba creek valley (cadastral area Malhostovice)
Veselý, Milan ; Kratochvíl, Richard (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to make a purpose map at a scale of 1: 500. The locality of the Luba brook was given as a locality for mapping. The tachymetry method was used for detailed mapping. The performed measurement was connected to the binding reference systems S-JTSK and Bpv. After calculating the coordinates of the detailed points, a topography was created and the data were transferred to a DMT triangular network to represent the elevation. All work was carried out in accordance with standards ČSN 01 3410 and ČSN 01 3411.
Thematic map of path and stream in Lubě valley under Paní hora hill
Pačinek, Erik ; Ježek, Jiří (referee) ; Vondrák, Jiří (advisor)
An auxiliary survey network was built in the locality and connected to the bindincg reference system S-JTSK and Bpv. The network was measured using GNSS technology and the polar method. From these designated points of the network, deatailed measurements were made by the tachymmetric method. Obtained values and data from the measurements were processed in relevant geodetic programs. The result of this thesis was to create a thematic map in scale 1: 500 with all necessary documentation. Outputs of the thesis were prepared for eventual handover to DMT creation.
