Necessity of quality management

The aim of this thesis is to provide through retrospective seach1 an objective view on given topic of quality management. For this purpose were selected particular data and subjects from book notations and documents. Since quality management is a dynamic process, which is concerned with wide range of problems, it is due to development of new technologies and knowledge innovated continuously. Even in this moment, when you are reading following chapters, there are new circumstances all around the word, with which this discipline will have to deal with.

Resume The aim of this thesis is to analyse the essential elements of a travel contract according to current legislation and to analyse the rights that a customer is entitled to. The thesis includes not just a comparison between previous legislation and that currently in effect - in some places it also offers a peek at the differences between current legislation and the Directive (EU) 2015/2302 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which is to be transposed into the legal order of the Czech republic by July 1st 2017. The thesis can be divided into four main parts: The first part is an analysis of the essential elements of a travel contract, which are as follows: 1. tour - a pre-prepared package of services related to tourism; this part includes a definition of services this pre-prepared package comprises of, as demonstrated on current case law. The subsequent part concerns itself with the aforementioned Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and the newly established "package travel", which is in many way similar to a travel contract. 2. parties to the agreement - organiser, customer - firstly this part provides a positive and negative private law definition of the term "organiser". Customer protection on the market of toys

Bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of system of customer protection on the market of toys. The aim of this thesis is to analyse customer's knowledge in the field of toys labeling, to chart customers awareness, their interest about these informations and detection of customers preferences during the selection and purchase of toys in Czech republic in year 2012. The market research was used to fulfill the main objective. The research was conducted by written quantitative polling of chosen customers. Resulted of this research was that customer's knowledge in the field of toys labeling, treating with toys or in the field of control authorities is sufficient. Despite of these results customers are not interested in detailed informations about customer protesction. The most common factors influencing customers preferences during the selection and purchase of toys are children's wishes and price. Customer's knowledge of certification marks is low.
Customer protection in traffic

The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the bus, train and air carriers when loss, theft or damage of luggage occurs. To analyze the best and the worst air carriers and to compare the reasons. To evaluate the experience of air traffic passengers with lost, damaged or delayed luggage; if they have ever had a cancelled or delayed flight and if they received any kind of compensation from the airline. To analyze six airlines based on the quality of their services provided and to compare the results between the airlines. The thesis uses questionnaires for research; open and closed questions were applied; the results are evaluated in both quantitative and qualitative way. The opening assumptions were mainly proved wrong. The quality of services provided in the means of transportation is the most important agent of satisfaction.
Customer protection on the market of textile products

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the customer protection on the market of textile products. The aim of the thesis is to analyse customers' knowledge in the field of textile labelling, to record their preferences when buying clothes and to observe customers' opinions about competency of textile vendors. The secondary aim is to define textile vendors' attitudes to quality brands, textile education and customers' interests in information provided on product labels. The market research was obtained by the written questionnaires for users and by personal questioning of textile sellers. The market research provides the following results - the users know only some of the maintenance symbols, the product appearance has the strongest influence when shopping and the sellers are not educated enough. Textile sellers do not find quality labels and textile education important. According to their opinions, customers are not interested in detailed information about the products.
Protection of a customer – bank customer from ethical point of view

The Bachelor's thesis deals with a protection of the bank customer from ethical point of view. The main objective is to analyze how the banks observe and promote ethic standards during the dealings with their bank customers. The minority objective deals with a description of banks' attitude towards the importance of these ethic rules. The observation was used as a method of the marketing survey. The survey was carried out in the customer centre of the co-operative bank Modrá pyramida stavební spořitelna, a.s. Results of the observation showed that the quality of dealing with bank customers is very high. The dealings take place in the representative room and the services are provided by the professional financial advisors.
Consumer contracts concluded over the internet

This diploma thesis compares Czech and Slovak legislations which are linked with the Internet business and analyzed differences between them. The whole work is focused on consumer protection with specialization on problems that arise in this special way of shopping. In practical part I carry out a research which was focused on sellers and customers who use Internet shops. This research also focused on problems which came out from this way of shopping. In the end of this work there are recommendations for improving this special way of shopping.
