The business models of IT startups based on sharing economy

The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the present condition of sharing economy and design a critical success factors model on a IT startups which operate as a transportation network companies. The result is finally validated on few representative businesses. The problem is solved by the modified qualitative critical success factors method whose author is John F. Rockart. The gained factors were finally used in the causal model which is based on the principles of system dynamics. The outcomes of this thesis are enabling to understand the relations which are hidden behind success of transportation network companies in the area of sharing economy. The information can be useful not only for startups but also for academic sphere and possible investors.
Critical factors affecting the business segment of web browser games

This bachelor thesis primarily focuses on formulation of critical success factors affecting the business segment of web browser games. To meet this objective are at first defined web browser games and their position on market of online games, then are described major evolution phases of this market segment on the world's scale and individually on local Czech scale. Another information source used in the thesis are findings brought by the analysis of contemporary web browser games' market -- divided into two separate players' and producers' parts. The critical success factors in the last part of the thesis are then defined by combining all of the previously gathered information with great emphasis on differences between local and foreign web browser games' producers.

Electronical communication between state and citizen, or state and enterpriser has become more importance in the last few years mainly due to the fast development of information technologies that provide new and new posibilities. State answers to this development by trying to make communication more simplified and make efficient and to ensure access to essencial information to all citiziens. The goal of this work is description of the eGovernment state in the Czech Republic compered to the state in other countries, eGovernment projects analysis in the Czech Republic and evaulation of the data boxes project. There are a lot of aspects, that are to be taken in account when the Czech republic and other states' eGovernment compared, it is needed to ensure certain process that helps to bring relevant measurable values. So we can gain an objective comparison. In framework of projects eGovernment analysis I target to chosen projects that concerns broad public.To evaluate data boxes project I use information gained during consultations with employees of the public administration, who have had their personal experience since the project operation started. Almost every country must communicate with its citiziens to control state's running and stable economic growth. Therefore there are developed certain systems, applications and projects. Reading this work a reader has a possibility to get general view of some chosen projekcts that have been realised by public administration. He has an opportunity to aquient with what was eGovernment situation before a few years and todays state and he can learn the comparison among the Czech Republic and other states of European continent. In the first part of the work I target to the situation of eGovernment in the Czech Republic and carry out the comparison to state of some other states of European Union. I devote only services chosen. Then I analyse some of the public adminstration projects, which the CR use to communicate with citiziens. In the third part I evaluate the data boxes project in the view of legal norms, security, usage and critical factors of success.
ritical success factors of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises

The topic of this diploma thesis is "Critical success factors of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems in Small and Medium Sized Enterprises" Firstly, the terms enterprise resource planning system, small and medium sized enterprise and critical factor are defined. Part of this thesis is also dedicated to the importance of those systems in small and medium sized enterprises and the supply of products on the market is described as well. The importance of enterprise resource planning systems for this segment of customers is still growing and the number of products offered is quite wide. Customers have unambiguously preferred Czech solutions. Next part of the thesis contains critical factors literature search -- analysis of two studies. Conceptual model of critical factors is made on the basis of findings and comparison of those two studies. The relevance of this model is verified by the analysis of case studies of enterprise resource planning system implementations in small and medium sized enterprises. These case studies were downloaded from websites of system vendors. On the basis of new findings, new model was designed. Each critical factor is described in each part of the thesis to help understand under which circumstances it was used. Finally, the model is assessed.
