Registration of Breeding Sheep Business in Terms of Quantyfying the Income Tax Base
Novotná, Martina ; Kuchařová, Ivana (advisor) ; Lenka, Lenka (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to show beginning sheep farmers how to calculate the tax base for their business. It is therefore a comparison of tax and accounting records. In the comparison of the entrepreneur has the ability to decide what is more favourable for him and the best option. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of sheep, the division of their performance and the inclusion of animals in accounting groups. Furthermore, this piece of information for entrepreneurs and their business style choices. Finally, there is the theoretical calculation of the income tax base. In the practical part is comparison of the tax base in accounting and from tax records. Data for accounting and tax records are reported at the tables. Similarly are quantified the total taxes. In conclusion, there are interpreted the resulting differences and recommendations.

Analýza reprodukčních vlastností plemene zwartbles
DVOŘÁKOVÁ, Jana
The thesis was focused on the reproductive traits of zwartbles breed level evaluation in Novosedly nad Nežárkou, evaluation data were compared with the average values of reproductive traits of zwartbles flocks, included in the performance monitoring of sheep in the Czech Republic, using statistical methods. Simultaneously, there was the effect of factors that might affect reproductive traits of the breed evaluated. 111 ewes were evaluated during the period 2012-2015. The average fertility in the sheeps during the monitoring period amounted to 175,7 % and an average rearing amounted to 88,5 %. There was a significant difference in fertility (p < 0,05) and even highly significant difference in rearing (p < 0,01) among the monitored flock and the flocks in the performance monitoring. The percentage of fertilization and intensity in breeding didn´t achieve satisfactory values, primarily due to the high percentage of futility in sheep in average of 25,5 %. All the reproduction indicators are below the breed average. Lambing number on litter size was evaluated as highly significant (p < 0,01). Ewe age at lambing was assessed as a highly significant influence exerted on fertility (p < 0,01). Influence paternal lines of ewes on their fertility was not statistically demonstrated (p 0,05).

Zhodnocení vybraných ukazatelů mléčné užitkovosti u ovcí plemene východofríská ovce
Pokorná, Michaela
During two successive lactations in 2009 and 2010 the aim of the study was to determine and evaluate chosen milk quality and quantity parameters in the flock of purebred East Friesian (EF) ewes. Experiment occurred during two lactation periods and 35 ewes were included in experiment in 2009 and 45 ewes in 2010. Milk records and samplings were carried out five times during milking period from May to September. Individual milk samples were analyzed for: total solids (TS), fat (F), protein (P), casein (CN), whey protein (WP), lactose (L). In addition the samples from 20 ewes were analyzed for: pH, titratable acidity (TA), rennet clotting time (RCT), rennet curd quality (RCQ), somatic cell count (SCC) and urea (U). In the study the effects of lactation stage, parity, litter size and month of lambing on chosen parameters were evaluated, as well as their interactions with LS. In 2009 the lactation stage had a significant effect on daily milk yield (DMY), milk composition, pH and titratable acidity. The parity had a significant effect on P, WP, L and RCT. However the litter size had a significant effect on DMY, L, TA and U. The month of lambing had a significant effect on DMY, TS, P, CN, L and TA. In 2010 the lactation stage had a significant effect on on DMY, milk composition, pH, TA, SCC and RCT. The parity had a significant effect on TS, F, L and U. Nevertheless the litter size had a significant effect on L and the month of lambing had a significant effect on L and SCC. In 2010 the part aim of the study was to evaluate the influence of lactation stage on fatty acids composition. The LS had a significant effect on contents of all chosen fatty acids and their sums.
