v Abstract Author: Jan Jezbera Supervisor: Mgr. Gabriela Kočí Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after implantation of cervicocapital endoprosthesis of the hip joint. Objectives: The objectives of this thesis are to present a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after implantation of a cervicocapital endoprosthesis of the hip joint, which was associated with subsequent sciatic nerve paresis and preceding polyneuropathy. Methods: As part of the case study processed at the Aftercare inpatient department at the Prosek Polyclinic. As part of the patient's care, an anamnesis was taken, an initial kinesiology analysis was performed and, based on this, the goals of subsequent therapy were determined. TMT, mobilization of peripheral joints, individual kinesiotherapy and individual LTV - locomotion and mobility training were used as part of the therapy. Emphasis was placed on self-therapy. At the end of the therapy, an output kinesiology analysis was performed, after which the effect of the therapy was evaluated. Results: The patient's standing and walking improved. Successful correction of elongated shoulders and cervical lordosis. The swelling of the operated DK decreased. Overall increase in range in DKK joints. Overall increase in muscle strength of DKK and HSS muscles....
Specifics of physiotherapy in elderly patients with cervicocapital prosthesis of the hip joint
JAHODOVÁ, Natálie
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy procedures for elderly patients who have undergone hip replacement (HP) surgery. The thesis has a theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part maps the anatomy of the hip joint, its mobility and biomechanics. Cervico-capital endoprosthesis, its types, complications, indications and contraindications and comparison with total endoprosthesis are also described here. Subsequent rehabilitation and the possibilities of physiotherapy procedures are mentioned here as well. The practical part includes research containing initial analyses of patients who have undergone cervico-capital endoprosthesis surgery. Furthermore, the examination methods used are described here, as well as the proposed exercise unit that has been used in the patients. The results of the research part are also presented here including patient outcome analyses as well as their subjective view. The aim of the thesis was to describe the issue of cervico-capital endoprosthesis of the hip joint and also to describe the concept of physiotherapy procedures for patients after this operation. This research took place in a qualitative form, was focused on elderly patients and was carried out with the help of interviews with patients and their analyses. The results have been achieved by comparing the input and output analyses, which showed the effect of the proposed therapy on the patients. In all patients, the therapy had a more or less favourable effect. This thesis summarizes the possibilities of physiotherapy procedures for patients with cervico-capital endoprosthesis of the hip joint, the proposal of therapy and its effect on patients. There is very little literature dealing with the issue of this type of endoprostheses and its rehabilitation, mainly for the total endoprostheses overshadows this topic. The thesis can be used as an overview of information for patients and the public, as well as material for physiotherapy students and physiotherapy practice.

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a theoretical elaboration of proximal humerus fractures, shoulder arthroplasty and a summary of rehabilitation care of patients with this diagnosis. The aim of the practical part is the patient's case study after implantation of the cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty. Methods: The bachelor's thesis consists of theoretical and special part. The theoretical part is processed in the form of a literature search and discusses fractures of the proximal humerus and shoulder arthroplasty. The special part contains a case report of a patient with a diagnosis after implantation of a cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty, which is based on practical cooperation with the patient during continuous practice. This section contains the input and output kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapy plan, daily record of the therapy and an evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The final kinesiological examination, performed after a month of rehabilitation, showed a significant improvement in the patient's health. The biggest changes are noticeable in increasing the range of motion and muscle strength in the operated shoulder joint. The selected...

The differencis of nurse treatment by Patients with TEP(total hip replecament) and with CCEP(cerviko capital replecament).
BUKÁČKOVÁ, Kristýna
This bachelor thesis focuses on the differences in nursing care of patients after TEP (total endoprosthesis) and after CCEP (cervical-capital endoprosthesis). The reason that led me to deal with this subject was the fact that I consider the knowledge of this matter as well as observing its principles by nurses for necessary. The objective of the thesis was to find out whether nurses know the difference in the nursing care of patients after TEP and CCEP, and whether they observe the differences in the nursing care. These objectives were fulfilled in the bachelor thesis. Two hypotheses were laid down. Hypothesis 1: Nurses know the difference in nursing care of patients after TEP and CCEP. Hypothesis 2: Nurses observe the difference in nursing care of patients after TEP and CCEP. The hypotheses were confirmed. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the anatomy and physiology of the hip bone and the historical development of endoprostheses. Further, the subject of the TEP and CCEP is dealt with here. It contains descriptions of the differences in the nursery care that nurses should put a lot of emphasis on and observe them. In the research part, the quantitative investigation by means of the questioning method, in the form of a questionnaire, and the qualitative research by means of the method of participating hidden observation, were chosen to verify the hypotheses. In practice, this thesis may be used in seminars, in which even the results of investigations may be dealt with, thus increasing the quality of the nursing care of patients after TEP (total endoprosthesis) and CCEP (cervical-capital endoprosthesis).
