Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapeutických postupů u starších pacientů, kteří jsou po operaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy (CKP) kyčelního kloubu. Práce má část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je zmapována anatomie kyčelního kloubu, jeho pohyblivost a biomechanika. Dále je zde popsána cervikokapitální endoprotéza, její typy, komplikace, indikace a kontraindikace a porovnání s endoprotézou totální. Je zde zmíněna také následná rehabilitace a možnosti fyzioterapeutických postupů. V části praktické je zahrnut výzkum obsahující vstupní rozbory pacientů, kteří jsou po operaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy. Dále jsou zde popsány použité vyšetřovací metody a také navržená cvičební jednotka, jež byla u pacientů použita. Uvedeny jsou zde i výsledky výzkumné části, které zahrnují výstupní rozbory pacientů a také jejich subjektivní pohled. Cílem práce bylo popsání problematiky cervikokapitální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a také popis koncepce fyzioterapeutických postupů u pacientů po této operaci. Tento výzkum proběhl kvalitativní formou, byl zaměřen na pacienty staršího věku a uskutečněn za pomoci rozhovorů s pacienty a jejich rozborů. Výsledků bylo dosaženo porovnáním vstupních a výstupních rozborů, které mi ukázaly vliv navržené terapie na pacienty. U všech pacientů měla terapie více či méně příznivý vliv. Tato práce shrnuje možnosti fyzioterapeutických postupů u pacientů s cervikokapitální endoprotézou kyčelního kloubu, návrh terapie a její účinek na pacienty. Literatury, která se zabývá problematikou cervikokapitálních endoprotéz a jejich rehabilitací, je velmi málo, a to především kvůli zastínění tohoto tématu endoprotézou totální. Práce může být použita jako přehled informací pro pacienty a veřejnost, také jako materiál pro studenty fyzioterapie a fyzioterapeutickou praxi. This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy procedures for elderly patients who have undergone hip replacement (HP) surgery. The thesis has a theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part maps the anatomy of the hip joint, its mobility and biomechanics. Cervico-capital endoprosthesis, its types, complications, indications and contraindications and comparison with total endoprosthesis are also described here. Subsequent rehabilitation and the possibilities of physiotherapy procedures are mentioned here as well. The practical part includes research containing initial analyses of patients who have undergone cervico-capital endoprosthesis surgery. Furthermore, the examination methods used are described here, as well as the proposed exercise unit that has been used in the patients. The results of the research part are also presented here including patient outcome analyses as well as their subjective view. The aim of the thesis was to describe the issue of cervico-capital endoprosthesis of the hip joint and also to describe the concept of physiotherapy procedures for patients after this operation. This research took place in a qualitative form, was focused on elderly patients and was carried out with the help of interviews with patients and their analyses. The results have been achieved by comparing the input and output analyses, which showed the effect of the proposed therapy on the patients. In all patients, the therapy had a more or less favourable effect. This thesis summarizes the possibilities of physiotherapy procedures for patients with cervico-capital endoprosthesis of the hip joint, the proposal of therapy and its effect on patients. There is very little literature dealing with the issue of this type of endoprostheses and its rehabilitation, mainly for the total endoprostheses overshadows this topic. The thesis can be used as an overview of information for patients and the public, as well as material for physiotherapy students and physiotherapy practice.
