Wood chipper - reliability
Pešek, Josef ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with different types of wood chippers and their reliability. It includes individual machines from different manufacturers and their comparison. Based on the division of wood chippers, I designed my own 3D model, according to which a fully functional machine was made and thus the mentioned reliability of the model was verified. Part of the work is drawing documentation.
Mobile Machineries Used for Grinding of Aggregates and Recycled Materials from Building Waste
Hurník, Štěpán ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is the introduction to the problem of grinding natural materials and recycling building waste by mobile crushing machinery. The first part of work includes a detailed description of crushers themselves and differences between them. Next basic machine development is dealt with, as well as questions evoked by this topic. These questions are concerned with the mobility and problems of recycling. Further, there are current market offers for the preformance given. It deals with the parameters of the individual machines, on which their mutual comparison is given and displayed in graphs. The final part of the thesis consists of the general evaluation of machines for the above-mentioned purposes from different points of view: comparsion, market supply and a careful view into the possible future progress.
Design of mechanical, electrical construction and software equipment of autonomous cell "Ice crusher" for Industry 4.0 testbed.
Horák, Lukáš ; Benešl, Tomáš (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is design and construction of an autonomous cell on a production line with the purpose of being an „ice crusher“. The purpose of this cell is to be part of a Testbed. The cell will be controlled using a HMI touch panel and PLC 1200. Information about how much ice the cell should pour into a glass is stored in an NFC chip on the bottom of the glass. The first part of the thesis comprises of brief introduction to Industry 4.0 alongside with description of the default and current state of Industry 4.0 testbed. Another part describes mechanical and electrical design of the cell. Last part of the cell describes software of the cell alongside with description of testing and installing the cell to the testbed.
Wood chipper - efficiency
Šulák, Petr ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is to design the wood chipper. In the theoretical part I am dealing with the mechanical properties of the processed material. Furthermore, I am mentioning individual types of chippers and crushers. In the practical part, the basic parameters of the machine are deduced from the research. These values are entering into the calculations needed to construct the components that the chipper is assembled with. The thesis includes production drawings and a 3D model made in Autodesk Inventor 2019.
Production of crusher on the plastic waste
Květoun, Jan ; Kandus, Bohumil (referee) ; Žák, Ladislav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on designing and manufacturing a shredder for plastic waste 2H for small companies, households and blocks of flats. Thesis contains brief description of plastics, their properties and usage in praxis. It deals with excessive production of plastic, noncircular economy of waste and unsatisfactory processing of plastic waste. There are examples of collecting, sorting and recycling technologies and their application in praxis. It consists of current overview of shredders available on Czech and Slovak market and their comparison. Practical part of this thesis focuses on design itself, its components, parameters and economic issues of manufacturing. Annex contains 3D model of shredder assembly, bought components overview, assembly drawings and photo documentation of created shredder.
Stationary crusher concrete panels - analysis of dynamic effects in the machine foundations
Macejka, Andrej ; Kříž, Jakub (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerned with design and proposal of parameters of drop hammer Davon for crushing of steel reinforced concrete panels with weight of the ram 5 t. The main topic is an emergency condition when there is no crushed material between ram and anvil. The design is established by simulation of an impact by finite element analysis with respect to required ground bearing capacity.
Recycling machines for processing small amounts of inert mineral construction and demolition waste
Hroch, Tobiáš ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is critical research of existing technical solutions of machines for the processing of construction and demolition waste and the conceptual design of a small crushing machine. The review includes both a general analysis and a description of specific machines. The conceptual part elaborates the design of a small mobile crushing machine including the actual justification, strength check and overall equipment assembly.

Industry 40 Testbed Autonomous “Ice Crusher“ Cell
Horák, Lukáš
This article describes design and creating an autonomous cell called „ice crusher“ designed to be used as a part of Industry 4.0 testbed. The testbed is supposed to simulate a small factory and is used to demonstrate parts of Industry 4.0. The main task was to design the mechanical part of the cell and equip it with sensors. In the first part of the article is to describe the mechanical part that is designed in NX software. In the next part suitable electronics is selected. The electronics was selected so that it provides safe and reliable cell control, while being as simple and cheap as possible. The control unit fot the cell is PLC 1200 and as for visualisation a HMI touch panel made by Siemens was chosen. The control unit was programmed using LAD and SCL languages.
