Peterka, V. Oil price impact on economies. Bachelor`s thesis. Brno: Mendel Uni-versity in Brno, 2017. This paperwork is about the impact of oil price on compared economic indicators in chosen countries. Compares the evolution of economic indicator of chosen countries and verify dependence of these countries on oil price in period 2004 to 2015. It also tries to identify different political-economics solution attitudes to occurred situations. To analysis of data is used correlation analysis and trend removal method by HP filter. Using correlation analysis was defined a relation among oil price and economic indicators.
Sensitivity of Oil Prices to Economic Indicators

The thesis deals with the analysis of the oil market with emphasis on the period from 2010 to May 2017. The aim of the thesis is to test the sensitivity of the oil price to the selected fundamental indicators and trading positions of the traders according to CFTC data. The work, in addition to the theoretical introduction, contains information on key fundamentals such as US oil production, the process of publishing reports on the state of oil stocks in the US, and the process of publishing reports on oil market traders' positions and subsequent data analysis. It confirmed that the price of oil correlates significantly with traders' positions, but the Granger test suggested that the change in the price of oil is causally affecting the position of traders and not vice versa.
Analysis of the crude oil price trend

This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis of the price trend on crude oil WTI and crude oil Brent in last 30 years. This thesis aims to clarify important price changes of crude oil and to find out the main circumstances, which caused them, eventually how the factors affected the changes both in positive or negative way. Then determine the price prediction of both crude oil markets. Necessary information are tested by analysis tools used on time series, which are used to evaluate the price development of crude oil and the factors that affect the price trend. Thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first one is devoted to theoretical investigation. The second is practical, which is divided into three subchapters. Theoretical part summarizes main factors affecting the price development of crude oil such are war conflicts, natural influences and others. The first subchapter of practical part mutually compares the price trend of crude oil Brent and WTI. In following subchapter are individually researched significant events that caused the changes of crude oil price in already mentioned period. Last subchapter pays attention on prediction of price trend on both markets. The resulting survey shows up significant mutual dependence between both markets.
Production and trade of oil in Kazakhstan

This bachelor thesis is focused on one of the most important energy raw materials - oil. The position of oil in the international economy is very significant. The price for oil affects the economy of many countries, which are exports and imports oil. At the present time is when is falling the price of the forecast of growth of the economy of the major oil producers in the negative. The main purpose of the work is the investigation of the oil industry in Kazakhstan, including description of reserves, extraction, processing, foreign trade and depending findings of the national economy on this raw material. The total export of the country occupies the largest share of oil.
How does gasoline stations in Czech republic react to change of crude oil price on commodity exchange?

Aim of this thesis was finding out whether there is asymmetry on gasoline market in Czech republic, which is common knowledge or if asymmetry is only illusion. With daily data about gasoline and diesel prices from CZ market and also daily Brent Crude Oil price, thesis tires to prove that there is no asymmetry on the market. Analysis was done with asymmetric error correction model and further testing of asymmetry with koeficients from ECM. Results yield that both gasoline and diesel markets show rather symmetrical reaction on entry price change. Asymmetry was proven only in few lags and final statement is that asymmetry on market in Czech republic is rather illusion then reality.

Crude oil as a commodity is indisputably considered as one of the most utilized energy source as well as production input which enters into economic processes in the vast majority of countries over the world. The aim of this masters thesis is to provide a detailed description and analysis of the crude oil world market. Furthermore it not only gives a characteristics of the commodity and its energy use it also defines the market and its participants crude oil pricing crude oil trading and it also provides an analysis of the world oil demand as well as supply.The purpose of this masters thesis is among other to thoroughly analyze the crude oil prices development and introduce the contemporary trends present on the market. In the latter part of this thesis there will be a crude oil prices time series modelled and probable future price direction outlined. Moreover the thesis will reflect on the current oil prices drop with its possible effect on world economy.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of the current problems at the global oil market. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter provides general information related to oil (origin, production, transportation, the largest oil companies, OPEC). The main part of the thesis is devoted to the actual analysis of problems at the oil market. The work is primarily focused on the rising price of oil and the factors that push the price up, also on the change in the oil resources, on wars and unrests in the mining areas and, finally, on the environment. The last chapter discusses the possible oil alternatives for the future.
The evolution of crude oil prices on the world markets

The thesis describes the evolution of crude oil prices on the world markets since 1896 till present. It deals with the factors having influence on the fluctuations in oil prices in five historical periods. It also compares the prices of different types of oil: WTI, Brent and the OPEC's oil basket. Furthermore it characterize the impact of oil price changes on the economies. First it describes the impact on importers and exporters in general, then it examines the influence on the United States of America. The thesis partially focus on the financial impacts of oil price changes.
